Receptionist is just the most horrible person ever. The clinic was empty when I walked in, yet they refused to see me as it was the lunch break. I said I can wait, she said the doctor cannot see you afterwards as she has appointments. Why claim to be a walk in clinic in the first place. Not recommended.

Beware, this is NOT a walk in clinic. Hoping to save people time/money (you have to pay for parking here) by letting them know this crucial information. You must have an appointment for this clinic and cannot just walk-in. On a positive note the receptionist was super kind.

Joined this team before they moved to the medical building. They had great care and walk in availability, so I and my family transferred our medical records. Now they've dropped their walk in status and my doctor has shortened her hours while increasing her number if patients, making it impossible to see her when we really need it.I've had to visit 4 doctors at another clinic in the past week and a half, as my daughter has pneumonia and my family doctor was only taking appointments for next week!She's on antibiotics now, but no thanks to our 'home clinic'!

I cannot say enough when it comes to Dr. Meral Al-Ameer. I am so incredibly lucky that somehow our paths crossed and she became my doctor.Right from the beginning I felt a genuine comfort and care that words cannot express. Professional yet down-to-earth, direct yet pleasant, truthful yet reassuring, she has always been one person in my life that I could always speak to, depend on and trust.In our lives we all meet people at one point or another that have a lasting impression for the betterment of our well-being and a certain aura of positive energy; I am so grateful that one these people is my doctor.

Doctors are great. They need to replace their receptionists ASAP. Super rude, hate their lives and don't have any respects to the patients.

Dr.Rami Zawi is one of the best doctors my family has ever come across! He is caring and listens attentively. The way he explains things makes his patients feel better and know that they are in safe hands. My mom entirely trusts his words too . We are lucky to have found him.

Dr Nuica is an amazing doctor. She is very caring, thorough and comforting. I can’t say enough good things about her!

Dr. Al-Ameer is fantastic. She started off as my new family doctor and now our whole family has transferred to her including my parents. She is very knowledgeable and so friendly. Big office space and friendly staff.

First impression Dr. Al-Ameer was kind and thorough. It’s amazing because she is a great family doctor and experienced OBGYN, but on the other hand she does however need to replace her extremely rude reception staff. They are the main reason why I had to find a new family doctor. They took every opportunity to be disrespectful to me.Also on another note Dr. Naga who I’ve also seen during walk in sessions is also a wonderful doctor. He too is detailed oriented and doesn’t make you feel rushed when explaining things. Unfortunately he has since left.Great medical care but be prepared for some attitude and rudeness from the reception staff. Based on my experiences I would NOT recommend visiting Wellspace MD the next time you are ill. The doctors will definetly take the time to help and do their best to find out what’s going on, but the receptionists will make it an overall unpleasant experience.

The Wellspace MD clinic and workplace environment are excellent. During my Co-op at this clinic, every single doctor I spoke with was friendly and welcoming. Our clinic's outstanding care is offered by Drs. Nuica, Al-Ameer, Sahota, Zawi, and Ghaznavi, and it leaves every patient satisfied. All in all, if you want your doctors to treat you like family, this is unquestionably the place to go.In the summer of 2022, I was able to enjoy my co-op thanks to Bethany, the practice manager. There's nowhere I'd rather be, and it's all thanks to Bethany and the team!Special praise should be given to Raman, Himali, Shantae, and Demitra for the work they do. The staff members here are always friendly and extremely hardworking, which are traits I value in a job. Another thank you to Demitra, the medical assistant, for being such a wonderful teacher to me and for being so kind.
