The BEST Martial Arts club you can join! Claude Patrick is very talented and an incredible coach! All of the staff and members work hard and are always very kind and willing to help :) They have a flexible class schedule for all ages and experience levels and an amazing conditioning class!!! I have had memberships with quite a few different clubs in the area and this is hands-down the best training and atmosphere you will find! I highly recommend going in and seeing for yourself!

Best MMA gym in the GTA area. Coach Claude is the best when it comes to teaching martial arts. If your goal is trying to lose weight, engage in a fun hobby, or compete at a serious level, Elite Training center provides life changing results. Very friendly environment and non intimidating atmosphere. Everyone who trains here treats each other like family and pushes you to be a better version of yourself everyday. Really cant speak highly enough about this place as it not only changed my life for the better but many people as well.

I still can’t believe I am getting to learn brazilian jiu jitsu from coach Claude Patrick, who is a UFC legend. Turns out he’s a great instructor too, come to his classes and see!All the bjj team members are very welcoming.The muay thai classes run by Kru Aaron and Sensei Rick are very effective for both beginners and advanced strikers as well. You will not regret coming to Elite Training Centre, as it has a very friendly environment, run by literally the best.

Claude Patrick is obviously a gifted fighter and martial artist. He is also excellent at demonstrating techniques with a fine attention to detail. The school offers a variety of classes for strength, conditioning, and even mobility - which is very welcome. The downside of this school is that it is not very welcoming to beginners. I don't want to make it sound like the instructors or students are unfriendly because they definitely are not! The problem is that the classes are huge and there is a lack of individual attention. Claude demonstrates the techniques very well, but after that you are on your own. It is left to the more experienced white belts to help and correct their fellows. Not once did Prof. Patrick give me a correction. This might work for some people, but as someone who has never been athletically inclined, it did not work for me. However, I recommend this school if you are the kind of person who picks up new movements easily.

I signed up for BJJ, and the classes are great. Everyone is friendly and Coach Claude Patrick is an excellent instructor. If you're interested in learning BJJ, this is a great place to go to.

I originally came to give my personal story here, but instead, forget me, just go read the other negative reviews, THEN go read the absolutely horrendous response from Mr Patrick.Folks, if this is how he will treat criticism on a PUBLIC space meant to uplift your business, imagine how he treats clients? He did a far better job painting himself as the poor business person, and human being that I could've hoped to have done. I already know how he treats people, and family, but he did the work for me!

Don't know what else to say other than this place has been a second home to me after the pandemic. Claude has been an amazing coach and picking his brain on any techniques is as simple as asking him. Not only that but he brings in coaches from all around the world to help grow our games in ways we couldn't imagine. From the staff to the other members that I now call friends....if you wanna learn MMA be it BJJ (gi or nogi) muai Thai, boxing ...ect this is the place. No questions asked and if you don't believe me just come by any evening class and ask for me and I'll tell you myself.PS if you're a female don't hesitate to come by. Sometimes it can be intimidating as it was for my fiancee but she now feels the same way I do about our gym and has loved her improvement.
