Shane at Magic City Inspections LLC is a very knowledgeable inspector. He was thorough with every detail that came up throughout the inspection. He let us walk along beside him and ask thousands of questions! His report was nice and easy to read with all the dangerous/important things to fix in their own tab so they were easy to find. I highly recommend Shane and if I ever need a home inspection again I will give him a call.

I'm going through the VA Loan process right now, and Shane Hillman has helped make the process 10x easier. The inspection was scheduled very quickly and the report was delivered within 23 hrs.

Had them inspect a house back in December 2019, they found some things but nothing crazy. Turns out he missed several huge things like water damage in the basement, improper wiring to the sump pump(an extension cord running through a dryer vent), fault electrical, rusted circuit breakers. Basically I had to remodel the basement.
