Have been going to this dental office for more than 5 years and recently had issues with the receptionist May.She was very rude and dismissive.I dont know if she was having some personal issues, but there is no excuse for her act like that towards a client.The other staff and denist are excellent and I would reccomend going when May is not there.

The dentist missed the fact that I needed a dental implant. She did not take an x ray and told me the cavity just needed filling. I learned of this only when I left and found another dentist. They ignored my email complaints.

May is a wonderful receptionist and has been a great help in scheduling all of our appointments. Both my daughters have been doing their braces at this location and May has been such a helpful person and is very kind person. All of the staff here are very nice. The dentists are also very good at what they do and have a lot of experience.

I just want to say how happy I am with this dental office. The doctor was not only very friendy, he was so gentle that I was able to relax during the treatment. The rest of the staff were also terrific. I definitely recommend them.

The receptionist May is Incredibly unprofessional and rudeI called in because there was a mistake in the referral I was sent and was told by May told me that she didn't have all day for this.This attitude was completely unnecessary as the mistake was on their part and should have been resolved with minimal issue.The manager later called me and said that if im uncomfortable they advise me to find a new dentist.It's disappointing because Dr.Mahmood is an excellent dentist but some of his staff are just awful.

I had an issue with my 2 front teeth that needed to be taken care of right away, I was freaking out because it was my 2 front teeth!! They managed to see me on a short notice to ensure that I was taken care of. All the staff went the extra mile to make me comfortable and satisfied. The outcome of treatment was amazing.

It is with great pleasure that I write this review for the Hurontario Dental Centre. The people were incredibly kind and informative. They handled all my insurance needs and let me know the treatment plan and any costs that I may incur up front. No surprises! They were very gentle and interested in my comfort. I would definitely recommend them should you require any dentistry.

This office truly deserves a five star review! I've had numerous of filling done here, Invisalign even my wisdom teeth were extracted here!!Sitting on the dental chair terrifies me, but the staff are very friendly and comforting. The dentist especially is very considerate and will put your fear to ease! Not to mention the quality of work they provide is excellent!
