The staff are very attentive and meet your needs. No need to shop for yourself. You go there for a reason and they point you exactly what you need. In and our and totally friendly. Have what you need too. Makes Home depots and Lowes like the poor service big box stores.

Smallish store but crammed with everything you need! In one instance, we went to Canadian Tire, Walmart, and Home Depot looking for a product only to ultimately find it at the Streetsville Home Hardware. They are a little out of our way because of where we live, but definitely worth the drive.

Great service helping me out trying to find what I was looking for. It felt like being in a small town with the hometown atmosphere. Even if what I was looking for was not available, they offered to order it in for me. I would definitely go back whenever I needed something they offered.

Excellent store. You can find pretty much everything. If you don't find what you're looking for they will get you. I am surprised how they manage to deal in so many items. They have great professional advisors too.

Bill was an excellent help. I came in look for a watch battery and Bill helped me as soon as I walked in the door. He even checked to make sure it was the right size battery. Fantastic customer service. I would definitely recommend.
