Young gentlemen with glasses working on Sunday July 2nd, 2023 @ 3pm making the food was extremely rude when I asked him to have my meal to go. He responded coldly with “you should’ve asked” .. which I replied “I am asking now?” which he responded “you should’ve asked earlier.” I’m shocked at how I was spoken to. I waited patiently as he prepared my food which he did very fast and by the time I asked for my food to go he had stick the fork into the fries already. All he did was take the fork out and closed the box and put it in to a bag. His colleague graciously asked the women beside me if she needed to meal packed or to stay. He did not offer the same grace to me.

Tried the nachos fries.. pretty good and flavourful. Priced decently. Good quality and quantity. Service was good too.

Priya and the team over at New York Fries absolutely amazing. The staff would always ask how my day is going and if I had plans after. Very nice and delicious food. Well done New York Fries!

A little expensive to eat overcooked “premium” hotdogs but the french fries were good though and the staff were accommodating when my daughter wanted cheese on the hotdog which unfortunately was liquid gravy.

Young guy with glasses working the front, asked him what a certain seasoning is like and his answer was “but you got Cajun”. I didn’t know a customer doesn’t have the right to ask questions about available products.

Every time I go to this location the staff and food is good, their very friendly but today when I was there it was either an owner or a manager, but she was scolding the staff quite loudly and nitpicking everything while on the other side of the counter. Made me pretty uncomfortable and looking around a lot of people were just watching this interaction happen while obviously uncomfortable as well. The rating would have been 5stars otherwise.

I saw the NYF add on TicTok for the new hotdog toppings, I tried the Chilli cheese topping, it was great, especially with extra green onions. I always get great service at this location.
