I only stop here because it's a long drive from North Bay to Hamilton so this is 1 of my stops along the way, the food is ok I normally just grab a donut and coffee but lately the coffee tastes burnt and service well they had a dumpster fire there so, there was only 2 in front, so we waited a bit longer than expected, yes I also forgot the cleanliness not clean at all, I've been here alot and everytime I've gone in, most of the time it's not clean

Normal stop as a tim Hortons, but if you need to change an infant's diaper, the table is not a joyful experience. I mean, it's horrible. If you need to change a diaper, go somewhere else.

I've been through the drive through and inside. The service is fast and friendly. I should have checked my order this morning though. I ordered two boating cream donuts and only got one in the bag :-( . Otherwise all good .

Very dirty counter for a food establishment and no clean tables. I asked and was given a paper towel to clean my own table. I know times are rough but I do-nut think this was Tim Hortons caliber. I think it’s time to do better please.

Very pathetic service . There is one crew member I don’t know the name but she wear nose ring . She yelled at me she don’t know how to speak with customer. And she also misplaced the order .

The cover that was over one register was absolutely disgusting. None of the tables were clean and we had to ask for some paper towels to clean them ourselves. The floors also appear to not have been cleaned in quite some time. The only decent place was the bathroom. Will definitely question wether we stop here in the future or take our business elsewhere.And to top everything off two of our 9 family members got a completely different order than what they paid for!Guess that’s why the cashier looked so miserable.
