Bad experience in my trucking career The lady who works at security shipping receiving doesn’t know how to talk with drivers she call me stupid and abusing language. She feels like she only works and other all people are stupid not me only there was two more drivers who also disturbed from that lady. I request to company please be advised her to respect the drivers

E.D.Smith Triple Fruit Field Berry jam has been my go to for a long time. But my last purchase was just terrible. So thin and runny it was like thickened juice that actually ran off my toast! When i poured it out there was very few berries if you could them that. No. I will never buy E.D. Smith jam again. It doesn't even deserve 1 star.

I have been purchasing edsmith triple fruit jam for years. Only jam i have ever liked. My last purchase was very disappointing. The jam is very watery and with very little fruit in it. The expiration date is 2022 Dec 03. If the next jar I buy is the same I will not be purchasing anymore. Very upsetting.

I am a 62 year old woman who bakes for the homeless every year..When eating a blueberry tart l felt a stab in the roof of my mouth it was a hard stem causing this alceration..Unfortunate for me l tried one of my own treats that ended up with a sore in the roof my mouth not eating for 5 days..l have contacted the company but l feel there taking this lightly..I however did need to lose a few pounds but starving myself was not the way MIt is still irritating when l wear my dentures but am healing it looks like nothing but believe me when you have false teeth you cant wear them with a sore in your mouth.....

ED Smiths brand has so many local fruit jams and jellies It’s the real flavour of the fruit belt here. We always wind down our windows when passing trying to guess what they’re cooking inside, amazing scents in the air ! Such a shame it changed hands. I hope the company there now continues the brand using its excellent recipes!!

Second time delivering to this company and second time the same thing (first was 1 year ago)!The security guard is very rude and feels like God! Arrogant and disgusting behavior towards the driver! He/she is not interested that this driver did not sleep and drove all night, in order to deliver products to them on time. There is a lot of stress on the road, but we don’t act so boorishly and arrogantly!And when I asked if he/she could repeat where I should park, he/she said NO!!!!!"Leave your stress at home nervous creature! )))Shipping/receiving office is very good !"
