I had the WORST experience of my life at this facility and would not want anyone to go through what I had to go through. The staff there were very friendly, which was the only positive aspect of my experience but if I were to rate everything else it would be a solid 0/5. I had all four wisdom teeth extracted and a few days after had severe swelling, so much that my face doubled in size (I wish I could attach pictures to show). I was told by the nurse from this clinic, who was very kind and understanding, to immediately go to emergency where I was hooked up to IV for 7 days having to receive a bag of fluids 3 times a day. The infection I got in my face was most likely due to contamination throughout the procedure. I do believe that they rushed through my surgery. They also had about 7 other people having surgery that day so of course they would rush. After going back for a checkup at this facility I had to have ANOTHER surgery for them to cut my cheek, drain it, and put a temporary drain in my mouth that had to stay in there for 3 days. A few days later, I had to have that drain removed and that was also a terrible experience. I would never want anyone to experience the pain I had throughout this time. It took a good month for my face to go back to normal too.I highly recommend finding a different oral surgeon.

One of the worst experiences of my life. I had gotten my wisdom teeth removed, was told everything went amazing. 5 days later end up in emergency with 2 abscess. Then had to get 2 more surgeries to drain the infections out. Was put on a feeding tube and a ventilator due to the swelling from the abscess. Was in the ICU for 5 days, and in the hospital for 11days total. Was taken out for 2 months total. Don’t recommend at all.

Awesome experience! Everything went fine from the consultation to the surgery. Everything was well explained from pre-surgery prep to post-surgery care and what my responsibility was to minimize the chance of infection. Dr Hajjaj is very professional and caring as is all of his staff that I dealt with. My wife and 2 of our children have also had awesome work done here. Would recommend and endorse this business to all.

Had three wisdom teeth out. I was told that the surgery went well and that everything was good. I ended up with an infection which was due to there being pieces of tooth left in my mouth. I then Had another surgery to remove the pieces and 8 weeks later I am still suffering from jaw pain. Very expensive and painful experience. Go somewhere else

My daughter and I both had surgery done. I only waited a few weeks for mine and my daughter wasn't quite old enough so I had to wait. 2 weeks before her birthday I called in and they booked her right away. Both had extremely fast recovery times and the staff was amazing. Dr Hajjaj was so kind and caring with my daughter .. she had a great experience. Highly recommend this place

Here's how it went down:April - found out I needed a procedure doneMay - Found another dentist who would do the procedure when it worked for ME, not THEMLate May - Had said procedure doneLate August - This office phoned me to make an appointment for the CONSULTATION ONLY. After a hearty laugh, I explained my procedure had been over with for a good quarter of a year!Sure glad I went elsewhere, as if I had waited, I'd probably still be in pain, and then would have to pay out the nose as well.

The best best best place ever hands down!!! Front the crazy playful girl at the front who made everything so relaxing and created such an easy going process and boy does this matter I looked forward to going back in she is soooo friendly .. the nurse was great so very easy to deal with very personable and gentle . The anesthesia man was good he did a great job and the dr was playful and had a funny personality the place was very upbeat and I wasn’t nervous at all I recommend them to everyone and very very nice office and decor .. I honestly can’t say enough about my experience there I wish I had to go back again already lol... only downfall was elevators were down but I was informed of that .. awesome surgery awesome everything!!! You guys rock!!!

Had all 4 wisdom teeth removed, all were impacted. Very speedy process staff are all so kind especially the receptionists. Being very afraid of dental work i'm sure I was a nightmare but the nurse who put in my IV was so kind. Woke up from my surgery minimal pain, they went through all the after care with me and my family, then helped me to the car. I did end up having an exposed nerve and the medication made me too nauseous to eat. Called in and the nurse had me come in the next day on her day off to get me a different prescription. I was an emotional wreck and she was so caring and compassionate. Turned one of my worst fears into a tolerable experience.

I had all 4 wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Fahd Alrowily. He is very professional and great at what he does as I had barely any swelling afterwards and no loss of sensation (my bottom wisdom were very close to my facial nerve so it was risky). The nurses were great and anathaesiologist as well. I had no complications post op. Dr.Hajjaj did my follow up appointment and was very professional.My only complaint is that the secretary assured me she had sent claim forms to both my insurers (it was pricey at just under $3400). She didn’t seem all that aware of what she was doing so I’m not surprised that after calling 1 insurance provider today to hear they never received anything (my surgery was over a month ago). I’d recommend this clinic for dental procedures, but would advise following up to make sure your dental insurance providers received the claim, or like I did today, send the claim in yourself.

Had my wisdom teeth out. Before I was even able to walk or was aware of my surroundings the staff had me in a wheelchair to go out the door! my mom had to basically carry me to the car and I almost fell. they couldn't even take the time to take me to the car in the wheelchair! my mom never got a report as to how the surgery went. they took our money and basically kicked us out the door as fast as they could to get the next patient in and get their next $3500WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
