Alt Vape has got to be the best vape store around. The selection they have is massive. The tax back savings is something every store should offer loyal customers, and the staff are all super friendly and most importantly honest. They know me well enough now to tell me what I won’t like, so I drive past many vape stores to go see Jacqueline :)

Jacqueline has been my go to girl for a while now. Love coming in and seeing her, she's very knowledgeable and always gives the best service!!

I went in a few times before and I had an amazing experience with Tessa, she helped me pick out a device and gave me great juice options for a fruity flavour I was looking for. Thanks to Tessa I found my favourite juice and will forever be going there, best customer service!!

I'm a regular customer of the sage hill location and over time I've have somewhat become acquaintances and friends with the staff. Jacquelyn and jade are an absolutely wonderful part of your team. We have become somewhat friends at this point and it's great seeing them every now and then. Overall, everyone there is very friendly and inviting and have great knowledge at their work and are very helpful to your specific need! Definitely recommend stopping by there!

Alt Vape Sage Hill has been my go to vape store for sometime now. They have a great assortment of disposable vapes with all kinds of different flavours every other week. Tessa has an amazing personality and excellent customer service. I am always met with a generous greeting and glowing smile upon entering the store. She always makes sure give her best recommendations for flavours and they never fail to satisfy. Alt Vape Sage Hill has an all around great staff and a great selection if you are ever looking for a quick disposable vape.

I don't vape myself, but my husband does. So I end up being the one who goes into the store to get his products. Jacqueline is by far my favourite. She is so vibrant, friendly and easy to talk to. She makes you feel like more than just a customer or a dollar sign. You feel like you've known each other for years. Not only does she bring engery, positive vibes, she also has incredible knowledge of ALL your products. My husband was having trouble finding a juice that gave the same strong flavour and cooling sensation as the Flavour Beast and she was able to explain why and recommend juices that who give him what he was looking for. I actually look forward to going to Sage Hill location and her being there. Jacqueline has the special thing that in large part has been lost over the years in the customer service industry. She possesses a rare thing and I hope you pass this along to her so she knows her worth and it is seen but more importantly acknowledged. I usually come here and Jacqueline is my go to person. However, she wasn't working when I last came there. Tessa and the curly hair dude helped me out. They were extremely helpful and friendly. I love the energy there. Almost all Alt Vape locations are good. From the modern design to the staffs and their product knowledge. I would recommend Alt Vape any day. Thank you :)

This location is always clean and has a fun/welcoming vibe. Jacqueline in particular has a great attitude and excellent customer service skills. You can tell she treats every guest with the same respect. She is also very knowledgeable and wonderful in general. Highly recommend this location.
