This company has the worst customer service that I have seen in my life. I am expecting a reimbursement for an undue charge done in September, I lost count of the number of hours that I have spent on the phone trying to get someone from Smart Home Works to pick up my call. And when a representative called Brian finally picks up the phone, he always promises that the reimbursement will happen in the next business cycle and that he will send me an email with the details. Neither the reimbursement nor the email ever happen.This company does not care at all about their customers...

They provided really great service and were very professional. We were really happy with the sales person as well as the two guys who came and installed the furnace. We are quite pleased and would recommend this company to all.

I've recently contacted this company because of a friend's recommendation and had them install a new furnace in my home. The customer service was extremely courteous and helpful. When it came time to the installation the next day everything went down without a hitch. All in all very happy with the service I've received.

Beware. The service is below standard. after i moved i have had to call three times because these guys continue to charge my visa for service despite filling out a transfer of contract agreement with new owner. They stop for a few months and then they sneakily start charging again. I just caught the charge today on my visa and investigated finding out they have been charging me 90$ per month since september. I moved in March. Brutal

Unfortunately I had very bad experience with this company. They came my house and they said they from Ontario government and they wanted to assess that are we eligible to get rebate for furnace and air conditio. They pushed me to sign contract in less than 48 hours. In a nutshell, please do your due diligence before dealing with this company. One furnace and air condition including finance fees and tax cost me over $150 each month for 10 years approximately over $18000.

Smart Home Works was very accommodating when I had an issue with my HVAC. I bought my house with their equipment and they came the same day and fixed everything with no charges. The technical was very polite, professional and tidy (no mess).

Our boiler system failed and not only did it take 2 weeks to fix it, there was no coordination or communication to me throughout the whole process. I had to call multiple times a day in hopes someone would pick up otherwise leave a voicemail which is futile since no one calls back. Absolutely terrible customer service. To boot, the system failed again a week later.

Smart Home Works has been amazing. We had an issue with our A/C and they came and fixed it the same day for free. That service call would have cost me over $300 any where else.

Brian were is my money!, If you sell your home make sure you put a stop payment from your bank with this company. They keep withdrawing money and when I inquire about it they say they will look into it and get back to me. You have been communicated to via email from myself my real estate agent and verbally spoken to over the phone myself two times.
