Hyatt Infiniti

I just brought my car in for seasonal tire swap. It seemed they had changed their management and the service work flow. Before, it was more convenient to pick up my car after service and to pay simultaneously at the reception at the entrance. Now, I was directed back to the Service Department and it was not efficient as before! Most importantly, the service was unexpectedly reckless as it seemed they did not pump up the stored tires after installing. The tire pressure was low in all 4 tires when I picked up my car! (see attached warning ⚠️ alert message) Poor service!!!

Service advisor Sam is one of the most professional and knowledgeable service advisors I've had the pleasure of doing business with. He was very thorough throughout the entire experience.I would encourage others to see Sam for vehicle service.

Took my 2004 G35x in for power seat issue which turned out to be parts which were discontinued by Infiniti. The service department used their resources to locate used parts, but it took a couple of weeks before the repair was completed.The dealership labour costs proved to be a an expensive experience, in addition to problems finding replacement parts for older vehicles.However, my Service Advisor, Raul, was upfront, honest and informed me of all technical details before any work was completed on the vehicle, much appreciated.I would recommend the dealership for any Infiniti technical issues, or servicerequirements, because their Technicians and the Service Advisors seem to have the knowledge and expertise to handle it. But be prepared to pay dealership markups.

While we did not end up purchasing a vehicle from Hyatt we found the customer service and engagement to be excellent. Stuart Reid (Internet Sales Manager) was timely and respectful in his communications and worked to our convenience and schedule, provided multiple options for us to consider, took a customer centric approach to understanding our needs and wants, and when ultimately we chose to go a different route he remained courteous, polite, and wished us good fortune. Based on this interaction alone when it is time to shop for another vehicle I will start with Hyatt (and hopefully Stuart). Highly recommend everyone at least considers Hyatt as this was one of the best purchase interactions I've experience in any capacity.

Not a single once of sales pressure!We were assisted by Zain and he was absolutely fantastic! He provided us with answers to all the questions we asked. If he didn't know, he would find us that answer.We did a trade in, and it was u believably easy. We were stressed out not knowing if we could make a private sale at the price we wanted, but the manager John took that stress away and assisted us with it. We received great value for our trade in!Top notch service for an excellent car. We are now cruisin' in a sweet QX60 and lovin life! Thank you Hyatt Infiniti for making this such a breeze!

I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership and I had an amazing experience. Stuart and the manager were great! Very professional and straight to the point. Hats off to the guy who walk me through the car features. He is very patient and thorough. Obviously, enjoy what he is doing.

Went in to buy a car I saw online. It was my first time buying a car by myself and everyone I worked (Kas, Joao, Ray) with was super helpful in explaining how the process worked and answered all my questions. The car itself was really nice and Kas took his time to explain all its features and test time the car with me. Joao also took his time to explain all the finances behind buying the car and stayed with me through the whole process, which I appreciated. Overall, I was very satisfied with the level of car and customer service they provide. Next time I buy a car, I will be coming back to them.

My family and I just bought our second vehicle here and the experience was so smooth and fun.There’s no pressure to buy. They are friendly and helpful.I was surprised of the level of professionalism how our vehicle was presented to us.They spent a good amount of time showing us the vehicle and every feature that comes with. Was able to book a last minute appointment and got quality service. After the service my car now drives like it’s brand new, really happy with the job done and the assistance I was provided. Raul gave me good recommendations on services I needed done and which ones I could get done later so I didn’t spend more than I had to this time. Overall very nice and professional and very helpful.

I found this dealership a dream to purchase a vehicle from! Our salesman John was wonderful, the sales manager and assistant sales manger were also a great team and Jeff in finance was so patient with me making sure I understood all the paperwork. Taking delivery with Ray was effortless. He went through everything from tip to tail with me. I highly recommend that if you are in the market for a car (new/used) this should be your number one stop!
