Had to change my review. Started out good and went downhill from purchase. PDI on new truck I'm sure wasn't done. Service department is not the least bit helpful. Most likely my worst dealer experience ever! Not completely sure I'll purchase another Kenworth.

Happy to have one close to town now, but of course dealership prices are always high. But for service work on Kenworth's it's a decent place to go, if you can get in and they're not too backed up, which is often the case in this area now.

Customer service is terrible. You call to book your truck in and get told when they will do it etc. go drop it off and half the time they haven't actually made you an appointment or done up a workorder. When you call to pick it up at the promised date/time I can tell you it will not be completed and probably not even looked at yet. Pretty hard to run your trucks around a break down when the people you are relying on to rectify any issues blatantly lie to you and don't make good on their deadlines.

I want to give negative stars as service is the poorest. They missed the job to do on my truck and left it in bad numbers and then when I got problem they turn their back. They rebuilt my motor and never fix fuel numbers to required ones. When I complain service manager turned out rude. Worst place for your truck service, not trustworthy. Stay away.

don’t work there if you want human decency. Being the only woman in my department, I endured a miscarriage and was completely disrespected and expected to come in. Get into a car accident and your boss only cars if you can show up. Even with a doctors note.Customers are bad mouthed and disrespected behind the counter.Manager lets employees get verbally abused by customers. And wonders why the staff isn’t happy.I’m a single mother of two, and was told it’s just not working out when I put myself in physical pain to work for this company.Disgrace.

Awful place to work for. Unprofessional management, or just lets say no management at all. I worked at this shop for 10 months, I had to leave because Kith, the shop manager and his boos are just crooks. In my 10 months there, they changed 4 shop team leaders. I'm not sure how this place is still making money.
