LAEL Academy

Our son has been attending LAEL Academy since February 2020. The transition into daycare was made easy by the staff, and he's never been anything less than excited when he arrives at the daycare. During the unprecedented COVID shut-downs, LAEL Academy kept us up to date and were very responsive to our concerns and questions. The additional measures to keep our kids safe made me feel confident when we were able to get our son back. He was so happy to be back with his friends. LAEL Academy was highly recommended to us by a friend, who still cannot say enough nice things about them, even after being at several other daycares since. We have since recommended LAEL to our family and friends. They are clean, kind, flexible, supportive, and keep us up to date with our sons development and his day with photos.*Edit*Our son moved to the Crest location in March 2021. He was a bit uncomfortable at first, but all of the teachers were warm and understanding and now he is back to getting excited each morning. The activities are fun, and he has been learning so much. We love both locations of LAEL for different reasons, and would highly recommend them.

LAEL is my daughter's first daycare and it is really beyong my expectation.I can truely feel that the teacher there care about our little one. They provie detail information of my daughter's daily activities regarding her nap, lunch, water & milk, and popo, so i can track her daily school life.The school's app is awesome. teachers upload the videos and pictures there. I can always see my little one's big smile when she was playing in the outdoor area. Her favorite is the rocking horse and bubble chatching.I also like LAEL' s education plan. My little one learnt more" "please" sign languages and use very often

This place is amazing, the atmosphere is very friendly and makes you feel like your child will be at home. The staff is super friendly and accommodates to your needs. Would definitely recommend this place to others!

I am beyond pleased that we could get our son a spot here, I am truly grateful.The owners, the staff, the atmosphere, the activities, the facility, and the other children are all fantastic. The attention to detail and cleanliness of the facility is apparent at first glance, but as you notice more and more you see that no details have been spared. The teachers are so wonderful and caring, and it did not take long for our kiddo to really connect with them.If you are lucky enough to get into this academy, do not hesitate.

We registered for their waitlist in August 2022 and had tours from both daycares; I liked both. The comments that I can share here are that they do not have sufficient natural light in their Hardy Ct. location, and they lack clear communications. The locations are operated separately and they don't have a responsive contact number for Hardy location. Apart from the long waitlist time, which is normal in BC, you may spend extra time to communicate with them throughout the email and get responses back in a timely manner.

Our little one loves her daycare! We previously had a bad experience with another daycare, however, La El Academy took their time to listen and understand our worries. I'm so happy that we found this amazing place. Our little girl is always so excited to get ready in the morning and go see her teachers and friends. This place is brilliant!

I would best describe LAEL Academy as an organized environment with a highly stimulated curriculum and talented teachers. This daycare stands out from the rest through level of care and attention that the teachers provide your children with while also promoting a safe and healthy space. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for peace of mind and trustworthy individuals!!

I am beyond impressed with the staff and service at LAEL Academy. The facility is clean, central, and well-eqipped for infants and toddlers.Hands down the best staff I have ever encountered, they are caring, patient, and professional. My daughter absolutley loves to come in to LAEL, I wouldn't go anywhere else.10/10 parent reccomendation!

Our son had a truly wonderful experience at LAEL Academy. We always had so much trust in his teachers and knew that they really cared about him. He had busy days filled with lots of learning (sign language, letters, colours, and more) and creative art and outdoor activities. He always came home smiling. We loved that LAEL shared pictures of his activities every day through their app. It is a bright and happy environment with lots of fun educational activities planned every month. We would recommend LAEL to anyone looking for exceptional care for their child.
