A lot of up selling, please be careful. Cramped. Not enough seats. Bright. Clean. Lots of parking spots. Under staffed. Didn't feel welcomed. Felt like it was inconvenient for me being there. Go else where to buy insurance.

I gave this agency 1 star only because 0 was not an option. I recently bought a new vehicle in Ontario and contacted Winnipeg Insurance prior to going to Ontario to pick it up just to ensure all my bases were covered. Although I had a copy of the invoice the vehicle had not yet been payed for so I was told I could not insure it until I had a bill of sale. I was advised I should obtain a temporary permit from the dealer. I flew to Hamilton with the intention to driving the vehicle back. When I paid for the vehicle the dealer informed me I cold not leave the lot until I produced proof of insurance. I called Winnipeg Insurance for assistance with my dilemma.They informed me there was nothing they could do to help and that I would need to bring in the bill of sale in person to register the vehicle. They advised that a temporary permit was not an option. I asked to speak to the manager and the person I was speaking to advised he was the manager and again advised me that there was nothing that could be done.I subsequently called another agency in Winnipeg (Lasalle Insurance) who very quickly addressed and solved my problem.Upon my return to Winnipeg I dropped into the office on Waverley and spoke to the manager in person and expressed my dissatisfaction and frustration. I also called the head office and provided them with the details.I've made my Autopac payments at that office for many years and they were good at doing basic things like taking your money but when it comes to something more complicate the current manager there is clueless and totally incompetent.I will move my business elsewhere.

Great experience! Came here for driving license and met Ashwin and got overwhelmed response with all our questions. He was super talented and had a wide range of knowledge. Highly recommend this place.

I understand that there are restrictions due to the virus; however this was my daughter' s first time there to try and get insurance. I tried to explain that and I was asked to step out.When they realised that my daughter needed assistance they let me in.if they had listened in the first place; it might have gone better..

Excellent. Fully staffed and quick turnaround. Left Wyatt Dowling since they appeared to be understaffed and I would wait forever to get in to see someone or hear back. Trina is excellent and does what she says she will do on a timely and professional basis.

We went in to renew our autopac. The woman we dealt with was super friendly, even though they were close to closing for the day. Very knowledgeable about our options and what our best deal would be.

It's my third time there and staffs are friendly and helpful. Once I noticed a staff who is relatively new but the supervisor and other staff seems to be supportive to him and his customer. Great teamwork.

They were accommodating, welcoming, pleasant and respectful. I have no issues with this business. The office manager helped me, the agent cleaned the cubicle and was very efficient and knowledgeable about procedures. They must be doing great as I arrived, the parking area was nearly full but the fit me in easily. I was In and out in under 20 minutes. Will be a returning customer.
