Very bad support . Regardless if you call or use there online chat service your going to be waiting an hour or 2 to talk to a real person. If you want real internet with no issues choose something else then frontier.

I have had Frontier for years and consistently having problems with it! It takes forever to actually talk to someone and they always do the same trouble shooting which doesn’t work then you have to wait for a tech to call you. I’ve had routers and modems switched out but still have problems weekly! Even when the weather is fine. I so not recommend them to anyone! Think it’s tome to find some place that can service us. Even if it cost more at least it will work

Terrible company. Have a business account with them and lost internet service. Took them 4 days to send a tech. Internet worked for 4 hours and went down again. They now say it will be 2 more days to get another tech.

The only reason they are getting a one is because I can’t give them a zero. This is the worst phone company I have ever seen in my life. My grandma has been with them for 25+ years, in the last 10 years the service has been bad but the last year they are worse. The customer service is a absolutely horrible. She is 86 and has been without a phone for almost a month, every appointment that she has had has gotten canceled with one excuse after another. And when they do keep the appts they never go when they are supposed to, And then every customer service rep guarantees the issue is going to be resolved with no luck. No one should go that long with out a phone and especially an elderly person. I am so mad that I would like to report them if I could. I am trying to convince her to cancel but she has had this number for so long I think it’s hard for her to want to give it up. Please be very weary about using them.Update: even after speaking go with a manager nothing changed, he told me the same thing that the customer service rep did. Basically nothing can be done. I am very very disgusted.

Worst internet provider there is. Internet is disconnected more than it is connected. Should charge half the price. You can’t watch a movie straight through without being disconnected a dozen times. When you call their technical support, they have all kinds of excuses. Last excuse was they disconnect you due to high volume. They used that excuse 10 years ago. I live in a rural area and have no other choice for an internet provider.

We have Frontier Communications for our business phones. They are overpriced and have awful service. I have had to call for problems with our service and issues with my bill more times than I can count. You always end up talking to someone that has no idea what they're talking about and is no help. Its like they train their customer service representatives to do the opposite of help. I would give them zero stars if that was an option. We had a storm last night and now there is currently a phone line down. It is laying on the ground, across a driveway, with multiple poles that have broken in half or fallen over. Our phones are obliviously not working due to this and they told me they will not have someone here until tomorrow afternoon. I would think this would be a liability or a safety issue, but apparently they do not care.

Not even worth the 1 star.Been calling for 2 yrs on the same problems...static on the landline and poor wifi.This is the 3rd no call no show on the last month.There are trees on the lines and multiple by-passes" made.WiFi single wasn't a problem in the past

Had an install set up for Wednesday, between 8-12, I had communicated to them I wouldn't be home and to just do their thing, but they didn't show. Also it took me multiple tries to contact them to even set up an appointment. Unprofessional.

Worst internet provider period. I was without internet for almost 3 weeks. I kept getting appointments set up and the technician wouldn't show. This happened 5 days in a row. I took time off of work because someone had to be here, etc. Missed my son's soccer game on a Saturday because someone was going to be here by the end of the day, no one showed.
