Fantastic quality furniture and appliances! We have slowly furnished our whole house over the last 5 years from Primary Direct! Latest was our living room where we purchased our new violino sectional, coffee table and recliner!Staff is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly! We also purchased all our kitchen appliances, bar stools along with dining table, bedroom set and mattress!We’ll definitely be back for more!!

Excellent prices and customer service. I was a bit skeptical prior to my purchase as I had not had great experiences with some other Liquidation centers however Primary Direct is definitely not in the same category. Sales staff are very knowledgeable, helpful and if there is something wrong (I found a ding upon unboxing an new in box item) rectify the issue immediately (replaced the damaged item the next day). One of the few places where customer satisfaction is obviously still center of mind. Kudos!

Great experience! I replied to an ad on Facebook Marketplace for a portable generator that was listed as sold" just to see how often they got them in stock. Kayla explained that they come in once in a while and I told her that I would keep an eye on their Marketplace page. Three days later

This company advertises on Facebook marketplace with great prices; but when you go into store the online price IS NOT HONORED! They have a small disclaimer on their website and signs in store that in the event of any price discrepancies - the store price will prevail….Buyer beware

I have to say that Good customer service shows when things are not straight forward and there is issues to solve. Even though I have some issues with a sofa that I bought ( missing items in the boxes and a broken zipper), the store and their staff ( Kayla, Cory) responded excellent, efficient, very fast and with the best attitude. They replaced the parts missing ( Kayla drove all the way to my house at the end of her shift to deliver those parts), replaced the part of the sofa with the broken zipper for a new one ( they made sure the second on was right and even took the open boxes with them), and they even offered a discount on a different purchase. I am very thankful, they manage to turn over a kind of frustrating start to a very satisfying end. I would buy anything else at this store anytime!

Purchased outdoor patio furniture, a new gazebo (minor box damage and way cheaper than anywhere else!) awesome deals and great quality! Just returned and bought a new fridge that I will be picking up later today. Great customer service and happy to be served by Kayla both times. She’s awesome to deal with and definitely looks out for the clients - a rarity in stores nowadays. Will definitely be back should we need more items.

This place is a must-go for new homeowners and students moving out!I've bought and gifted three Dyson vacuums and have appreciated the staff's help and advice. The staff are friendly and ready to help! A must to anyone wanting to buy refurbished, lightly damaged/used, or rejected products and save the difference. The staff were quick to point out any damage to the product and informed us about its visual defects. Will be coming back for years to come!
