I'm very glad this location has someone that speaks English as well as I do so it was easy to communicate. Friendly and knowledgeable service. The vehicle had some very minor dents and the roof tabs were missing but it was easy to upload my photos in case of disputes (not sure why the site being uploaded to didn't show the images the clerk uploaded before mine like I thought it would but I was able to point out how mine differed from pristine condition). Uploading photos showing condition of vehicle beforehand gives piece of mind that you won't get accused of doing damage you didn't cause. I recommend this location as one I'll probably make use of again next time.

1. Easy online reservation for 10' truck, no payment down.2. They changed location to another nearby location due to availability. Unexpected, but fine. Was able to easily change reservation time.3. Branch called me at time of reservation to confirm I was coming, b/c another customer was pressuring him to release the reservation. He respected my reservation.4. Guy at branch was chilled out and patient despite stressful interactions.5. Easy after hours drop-off experience.6. Total cost for 1-day rental after mileage, enviro charges, taxes, etc. $80.7. Some billing issues, but overall positive experience. Would use again.

I hate how uhaul does not guarantee your pickup location when you book it initially. Absolutely hate it 100% as I went from 5 min out to 1h30min away. Meaning uber got $50. Undesired extra cost. Ttc too slow. Nevertheless, it was an amazing experience. It was worth the extremely far trip. This location is the best I dealt with so far. Owner keeps it up to a very high standard. Operation, cleanliness , organized every little bit of it, both inside and outdoors. Very understanding and polite too. He should be proud of himself.That's my experience hope yours will be amazing too!

Terrible experience! If you happen to do a move after 5 pm you are doomed. The 24/7 pick up instructions are as more complicated to follow than the dead Sea scrolls! The van was dirty. No blanket left and the caller center wait time is over 1 hour! So if you are doing something quick. They are not your company!

FRIENDLY STAFF , DEPENDABLE SERVICE and their trucks are in great condition. The truck we used is well maintained for safe driving and the heater is amazing.The staff is very helpful and I like that he is a happy person and professional. We also like the plaza where it is located as they have Tim Horton's and many food establishment.

Wow!! What a terrible experience. Called this guy regarding a vehicle and he goes straight up. No vehicle is available. Bye!No details, no date. Nothing was asked. I don’t know how these people get paid for not doing their jobs
