We were so lucky to have the pleasure of Adam and his son Oliver do the inspection on a property we purchased. They were professional, courteous and thorough. It was because of them we found out the property we purchased was in terrible shape and they saved us a ton of money in repairs/damages because we had a condition on inspection!
