We went to Three Amigos for my husband's birthday on a Tuesday night... We were a large group of 15 people including young children. It took over 1h30mins to get our food, and then when my husband went to open the gifts, one card was missing... The waitress, hostess and working manager saw it in between the menus which they picked up from our table by mistake. The manager admitted to having it in his hands and said he put it in the front where the menus are. The waitress found the card in the garbage with no money! $100 missing from the card! The manager apologized for the tardiness for the meal and the stolen money, he said he would've offered drinks apart from 25% if people were drinking but he never bothered to ask and some of us were drinking!!!! Then he took my husband's number and told him he would personally check the cameras and call him the following day... it's been 3 days and we never got called back... I just called now and he told me he checked the cameras and they couldn't see anything and there is nothing they can do!!!! He then said it's not their responsibility!!!! They picked up the card from our table and the manager had it in his hands and now it's not their responsibility???????? Then I asked to speak to the owner and after making me wait almost 10mins while talking to someone he says he's not there and will be back later if we want to call him.... I am not impressed with the way they handled this situation especially if this situation is of their own creation.

Food good reasonable price good promotion. Bad service the waitresses kind of pay attention to their own group of friends. Really inexperienced and don't even make an effort to learn. I went for fajitas on July 4 2018 and the portion was really ridiculously small compared to any other time I have gone. There is one waiter with beard that really care for the business and the customers. Two thumbs up to him since with his sympathy and care really made my family forgive the bad service received.

Food was mediocre at best. I had a pina colada and although it was drinkable..it didn't taste like a pina colada at all nor did I taste any alcohol...which I generally prefer but if I can't even taste any at all...I wonder how much they really put. The waitress was polite but really overbearing...she asked us if we were alright 5 times and we were there for a half hour, she even asked my mother if we were done eating as shes takes a bite into her taco...it was frustrating and it felt more like a hurry up get out of here" type service and it wasn't busy at all. Wouldn't go back."

I usually Love 3 amigos. But tonight we had a reservation at 7:00 pm and only got our food at 9:00 pm. If it was not for the birthday of a family member, I think I would have been out a long time. How can you have people waiting for 2 hours for food? The minimum in situation like these would be to compensate the customers with something: Like Drinks for instance. But nopes...nothing at all! I don’t think We will come back here. And I was the one who decided to bring everybody here on top of it...now I feel so bad.

Service was very good, food arrived quickly, I had the lamb fajitas which were good but the lamb was tough. My wife had chimichangas and tortilla was covered in a sauce that made it a bit unappetizing a bit slimy she called it. She wouldn't order that again and I would probably pick something like beef instead of lamb the next time for fajitas. We will probably return but not anytime soon.

Saturday night, somewhat busy, but no line up. The waitress saw us once in 1 hour. The service is terrible.. My glass of water was empty for a whole one hour.The food wasn't up to par either. The chicken wasn't fresh and my potatoes were frozen.1 star for the decor. Also both adjacent tables had the same issue as I did.

Service was slow to start up, then was good. We had a nice waiter. However the young girl helping with water had pretty bad training about how to do her job.Margarita (on the rocks): syrupy. Really not goodSoup: taco soup"? Good. But far too much before a meal.Taco/Burito combo: Taco was horrible and empty. Little flavour. Burrito was a lump. Tasteless and bland.Price for 2 with wine and Margarita

Service was horrible. The waitress dropped salsa all over us,( the manager was even helping her clean up the salsa and he did not offer us anything in conpensation) then everyhing we wanted to order they did'nt have in the restaurant. Hardly ever came by to fill our water. The mens bathroom was very dirty and missing alot of things. The waitress even said very loud and rude that we were missing money when we came to pay the check. (There was enough money she was looking at an old bill) All in all we should of went to jack astors.

I ordered a taco with fries. It took them 1h30mins to give me my plate. I literally counted the time. It took them 1h34mins to be exact. And I had dust in my plate...:/ The taco was amazing, also the fries. But, I've would've enjoyed it more if there wasn't any dust in my plate.
