“Dr”.Wadden is very unprofessional, only in it for the money and can’t perform a proper surgery. Please google his name “Robert Wadden” before you make your decision on having him perform any medical procedures on you.Unskillful.

Family doctor is amazing but reception staff could be better. Called them before lunch time to only be hung up on twice and then made to wait a third time until the lunch time voice message took over. Very unprofessional.

Terrible service. They no longer book for in-person visits and the phone appointments are very abrupt and pointless. I've had to rely on a walk-in clinic to get any help in a reasonable amount of time. Despite my Dr changing and making mentions of needing physio related forms they still book me in for phone appointments, only to tell me I have to wait an additional 5+wks to see the Dr in-person to fill out the forms...

Dr. Samson Ezomo has been wonderful since he took on our family, new to Nova Scotia. Front desk staff also very courteous and helpful. If you are lucky enough to get Dr. Ezomo as a GP, you are lucky indeed. He referred me to several excellent specialists. During a health scare, his staff contacted him while he was out of office and he called me at home. Excellent GP.

My family doctor is fantastic, but the reception staff here are awful. Extremely rude, contrite, and unwilling to do anything to help clients, especially as my family doctor is retiring. They are so rude in fact that my family doctor over heard how they spoke to me and called me back personally to apologize.

Personally,I think Dr Robert Wadden is fantastic, I've been going to him for 15 years. I've gotten many successful referrals from him, anytime I've had an issue he has pointed me and made sure I made it in the right direction.I've never once felt uncomfortable in his presence, or that there was ever anything more than just a typical doctor's appointment.

My general practitioner, Dr. Adrienne Watson, is at the Mayflower Medical clinic. She is a fantastic doctor, very caring and thorough.I have seen two other doctors at the clinic, when Dr. Watson was not available. They were both pleasant, competent and professional, so I expect if I were to work with them over time I would be happy with them (but I will never switch from Dr. Watson). The clinic is quite well run. Sometimes there's a bit of a wait to get an appointment, but that is more about the doctor's patient load. Sometimes there's a wait in the waiting room, but just as often the appointment schedule is right on time. Their record-keeping is accurate. In an ideal world they would have longer hours for answering the phone. My biggest hurdle in getting an appointment is being able to stop work so I can make a call during the hours when they are picking up. I know this is pretty common everywhere, just sayin'.In an ideal world they would also have fewer signs on the wall warning people about the consequences of abusing their staff or missing appointments, etc. I guess these are necessary, but they create a bit of a negative atmosphere. Maybe they could also put up some positive signage thanking people for being on time or being nice....Oh, and maybe they could fix up their bathroom a bit. Low on the priority list for a busy clinic, I know.In spite of these small opportunities for improvement, I will keep going to Mayflower Medical as long as Dr. Watson is still there. It is impossible to overstate what a great doctor she is.
