I recommend doing sessions with Alicia. She has helped me resolve many issues including scar tissue, hip, shoulder issues, and swelling I was still dealing with from a major car accident that happened over 5 years ago. Things I wasn't sure I would ever be able to fix completely. She also understood and had solutions to certain issues that no other therapist I saw in the last 5 years was able to help me with. I am very grateful, as I feel so much better and like my old self. As a dancer, it's helped me do my job better and recover better. As most of my body had some kind of scar tissue, it's taken many treatments, but she has been patient, and every treatment I saw improvement.

I highly recommend Alicia and the RAPID Neurofascial Reset protocol. She is really welcoming, kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable and thorough in her approach. In two full sessions we covered a lot of territory, my chronic problem areas and more. It's much more than a traditional massage, movement during treatment is integral to the process. At times it gets quite intense, but you are in control.There were many shifts, including a significant easing of all my chronically stiff and sore areas, including a deep hurt in low back/buttocks that seemed almost untouchable by most other treatments. As a bonus my jaw lined up properly for chewing for the first time in awhile. Didn't go there thinking 'jaw', but everything in the body is connected, and working on one area can often help another. Old scars and surgeries can also be a source of blockages and confusion in muscular control and coordination, leading to pain long after the injury has supposedly healed. She has protocols to resolve that. Also came home with some new stretching and core control exercises. I'll be going back for followup treatments for sure.

Alicia is a very knowledgeable and pleasant therapist. I never knew about RAPID before talking to her about several muscle issues i had been having. After experiencing how these techniques work I am sold. She completely took a bothersome pain from my knee in just a single session.
