I'm living in Romania and with just one phone call after 2 hours they put me back in contact with my sister. They helped me to contact my sister after I lost contact with her. True professionals in what they do. #99572 Thank you all

It is disgusting how rude and terrible the communication receptionist is at her job. Reports of witnessing bikes being stolen and notifying her when they will be returning she suggests we call back then (so they can show up late). 3pm they will be back as it shows on security cameras they come back everyday. But still she refuses to send an officer. It is sick how lazy and unhelpful this woman was. On top of that she hangs up cause she is done talking. This station really needs to look internally on how they serve the community, cause with service like this it is obviously failing

2 young male police officers from this Toronto Division approached me and were prejudice and verbally and emotionally abusive towards me. They were homophobic transphobic and threatened me They made false accusations about me that I was being investigated for a break in which was impossible because i only had my keys and IPOD on me. Their name tags said O D'abrea and M Cannister I don't think that was their real names. They yelled at me and told me to look away when I looked at their name badges so i could report their abuse and was worried the abusive confrontation might get physical. They asked me if i was male or female and about my mental health and other personal insulting questions, I believe I was the victim of racial profiling and transphobia and homophobia. They threatened to keep me overnight in a cell for no reason. I was afraid they would attack me physically. Thank god after so much abuse of power Toronto police lost the right to ask people for ID but I don't these two individuals were ever reprimanded for their disgraceful behavior towards me. Next time I get abused by police officers I will take pictures and videos on my phone and post it online.

Good people here - I lived near this location for years, and can say that all the police and staff that I ever spoke with that worked out of this station were truly nice people, doing a good job for our community.I even helped stop a theft at the 7/11 at the intersection, after flagging down a cruiser driving by, where they quickly apprehended the thief.Well kept police yard, and cruisers!

Called in April 13 at 1am in the morning to report taggers defacing the exterior and interior of the property. Starting with the 911 operator that does not let you explain the situation as they lack proper listening skills you become frustrated as you want to explain whats going under under what is duress added by the overtly assertive operator. The police car arrived quickly and apprehended 1 suspect leaving the other to escape due to that damn operator frustrating me as I would have told the her to tell the cars to come from the south side and not the north where the second suspect eluded them quite easily because of this fact. Constable Gil arrived at my home shortly after to take a statement and this experience was fine, however the same officer called me back shortly thereafter to ask if I knew who owned the building and I responded it was a company that I thought but was unsure. So I went back and retrieved a phone number that was on the window in several locations identifying the security company that had posted them. I went back home and called 53 Division and was told by the woman that answered he was gone home. She was rude, short and abrasive especially since I had to say your welcome after she failed to say thank-you after I relayed the contact info that they, the Police should have observed when they were at the site, and in conclusion she begrudgingly replied thank-you after my insight into her dismal attitude. The Police cannot do there job without the citizen's help and one wants to do the right things for the right reasons however after this you wonder if it is worth the bother when they infact treat you like your the criminal and you are asking them to work for a living.

The most disgusting attitude from the women over the phone. I literally just called to inquire about the whereabouts of my cousin. We haven’t heard from him in over 12 hours and assumed he may have been arrested (he’d just got a new car.. and it’s fast). All I asked was if they could let me know if he was inside the prison. That’s all. She told me “if he wanted to call you he would” I said “please I’m worried and I’d just really like to know that he is ok”. She had no sense of humility at all in her voice. I’m so upset and feel so disrespected. Horrible horrible horrible service.

The heavy set female officer at the front desk was incredibly rude and had the most despicable attitude for a police officer who is supposed to be there to assist civilians/the public. She should be cleaning washrooms and not be at front desk. At least she would be doing what shes paid to do then....maybe she will just sit on a toilet eating bonbons"...who knows but it would still be better than anyone of the public having to interact with her. I dub her forcillo junior"
