I love a woman owned small business! Myles Fitness has coaching options for everyone while offering affordable apparel. I find myself always reaching for my Denvyr leggings, so flattering and hold up well during workouts. Love this brand!

Got some leggings and a sports bra that I can nurse with (which is amazing)! The leggings are super nice material and very flattering plus affordable. Would definitely recommend!!

I absolutely love Myles fitness apparel. This stuff is AMAZING!! Identical to Lululemon but so much more affordable! The owner Maddison is also the sweetest girl ever, so easy to talk to and knows exactly what you need if you have any questions! Highly recommend these clothes for day to day wear also great for any kind of activity ☺️

My husband and I began working with Myles Fitness last November. Since then we have both lost over 30 pounds and gained a whole lot of strength and confidence. The nutrition coaching is easy to follow and maintain. And our meal plans include all the foods we love just prepared in a way that is much healthier but still delicious. The workouts are fun and effective. We do all our workouts at home with minimal equipment and still get great results. We are feeling better than we have in decades. I would highly recommend Myles Fitness to anyone who is looking to begin an awesome journey to health and vitality.
