Just wanted to mention amazing customer service today to Abby. She went above and beyond to help me sort out an issue with receiving my free bag of dog food. She could have easily just giving up but continued to help me and fix the issue till it was resolved. Thank you so much!

We bring all 3 of our dogs (2 Bernadoodles and a Shihtzu Border Collie mix) to Trish for grooming at this location. She is absolutely amazing. Very professional, knowledgeable and caring. Our dogs just love her and she takes such great care of them all. You can tell she loves what she does and has a personal connection to each and every one of her clients and their humans. We won’t take our dogs to anyone but Trish anymore. We HIGHLY recommend her grooming services.

During covid lock down our wee morkie ran way past her scheduled groom to the level of emergency due to matting and extended nails. Trish took her in and did a great job as usual. Highly recommended.

I went into this location on Friday afternoon after work, I usually shop at petsmart and now I know why. The three girls were absolutely rude and didn’t help at all . I went in to inquire about a question with my cat where they stood around asked eachother the question and all three just walked away from me and left me just in the store clueless and being ignored. I then said to the girl “I take that as a no” and she just said “yup can’t help you” I’m sorry but to be ignored by three employees is just down right rude. I will continue to shop at petsmart. I give their customer service skills a 0/10

Staff is friendly and helpful but not pushy. Good selection of food. Often they have cats available for adoption!

I went in for a certain type of kitty litter but they are having a problem keeping it in stock but picked up one that is almost as good

I find it surprising to read so many good reviews of this location. Some of the staff are not particularly helpful, and certainly not knowledgeable regarding store practices. Small store, no bath station for dogs. Altogether disappointing.When I lived in Pickering I shopped at the Pickering Parkway location and the staff there, as well as the store, were amazing!

I called in to make sure that they had the puppy food I was looking for and the lady on the phone went looking for it while I was on the phone and as soon as she said I do have a few bags, I asked her to put it aside for me and was on my way at that moment, (I was out of food and couldn't get it at other pet stores.) I went into the store and was greeted with politeness I've not heard in along time. The bag of food was waiting at the front counter for me when I arrived 15 minutes later! She was just fantastic, energetic, and loved that I brought my new puppy in with me, and he loved being there as well! All those new smells was driving him silly. Lol. Let's just say he's spoiled!!
