LB Communications has assisted us several times in the past few months. They have always attended as scheduled when a work order has been created by our Internet Service Provider (ISP). We have found that the LB Technician makes a huge difference. Many thanks to Jesse who is amazing. He accessed our receiver on a wet day, on a metal roof, in order to reconnect our internet service. We understand that LB Communications is limited by the ISP infrastructure e.g. dedicated towers, line of sight issues, etc. and appreciate all their efforts.

Two no shows to come and upgrade our service. Had to wait 5 weeks just to get an appointment. Worst service ever! I would not recommend to anyone.

Well supposed to install internet today and a no show. Not too big a deal but at least call with an explanation. Of course its a Saturday so you can't talk to anyone at the office. A tip for you. When you schedule the appointment leave the customer the installers phone number.

THE WORST COMPANY!!! After one no show the men showed up took two steps out of the van pointed the phones in the air smiled and chuckled and said nope we can't do internet here when all of our nieghbors have!!! When you request for your internet DO NOT let them send LB communications!!!

Moms internet got hit by lightening. They had to test everything and everything had to be replaced from the router to the transceiver on top of 120 foot tower. They were able to get the job done when others wouldn't even attempt it. All is working great.
