Everyone we dealt with for our recent purchase of a Jeep Grand Cherokee were great. We live 500 km from the dealership and they made arrangements for all the paperwork through E-mail. They also arranged delivery of the new vehicle and pick up of the trade in.Highly recommend them for your Vehicle needs. We will use them again in the future.

Tried to book an appointment online for service. Website asked for information. Then contacted by service department a day or two later. Asked for all the info that was on the online service request. (Not sure as to why you ask for info twice). Then service department took 6 hrs to diagnose issue. And that's after a previous device center spent 3 hrs in diagnostic. Dodge service department refused to reference previous diagnostic information. Definitely would not recommend that you take your vehicle here.

Was a very cold and unfriendly atmosphere. Could tell employees were unhappy. I booked an appointment and they called me three times to book for the same appointment.

Salesman was fine but thats where i draw the line, don't expect any kinda actual service from this place once you drive your vehicle off the lot! 5 years of vehicle problems over looked by service, full manufacturer warranty + extended best warranty money can buy" and I'm still paying out of pocket!"
