Not the biggest Gamestop location, but still has a good selection of games and one of the better selectioms of merch compared to other locations. Friendly staff as well!

This is a good location of EB Games/Game Spot with a lot of things available. If you’re looking for something specific, call in and check here. It’s likely available and the staff will usually be willing to check instead of making you go in for nothing.The staff can however be hit or miss. Many of the team are friendly and helpful, but there are a number of employees that are a bit rude. It tends to be the same people each time I’ve visited.

Typical EB Games that is this size, loads of merchandise tee- shirts, stuffed comic/game characters, back packs. Three staff working they were occupied by organizing the merch and there was a guy at the desk. Two others were walking around the store, staff acknowledged them... not a word to me. I would come back, though with Playstation 5 and new X-Box pushing for online game purchases this may result in EB Games becoming the next Blockbuster.

I've visited this location a decent amount of times and got great customer service on all occasions.Employees were friendly, interactive, and helpful went customers were in search/need of something.From my experiences, most (if not all) the employees did their best to provide their best service; checking online inventory and storage to make sure. If the item wasn't available at their location, you can ask to check the other locations to see if they have any instock.

I was blown away by the sheer size, and amount of merchandise to buy. There's 2 floors with an exclusive area for gaming and relaxing. There's a great selection of t-shirts, collectibles and other limited gaming merch. I wish we had EB Games like this in the US!!
