Horrible company to deal with, I was very surprised to receive a collection letter after being out of the country for a while and wanted to settle things but had some questions as it was my first time with a bill in collections. They had this condescending tone like I didn't want to pay my debt and had a horrible horrible experience with them, specially with Marina that seems like she hated her job, would be giving 0 stars if I could!!

ils n'honorent pas leur ententes. Ils ont vider mon compte client de plus de 4000$ du jours au lendemain sans avertissement. Ensuite quand vous essayez de négocier avec eux pour récupéré au moins le service, ils répondent que leur faite perdre leur temps.

I don't know what kind of scam these people are trying to run, but we randomly got a charge on our bank statement with no knowledge. We've never dealt with this company before and if it was another company doing a credit check on us through them, how are they allowed to charge our bank for that? Of course, they don't answer the phone or respond to email, so there's no getting an explanation from them.
