Someday I'd like to get a toasted bagel there. If you don't ask for double toasted you get a bagel not toasted and if you do ask for double toasted you get a brick of charred bread.Would it be so hard to turn the dial up a notch or two and get a proper toasted bagel?Every Tim's in town does the same thing.Garbage.

If you touch your face and expect to serve me my food I paid for. I should be allowed to to get your attention to wash your hands before serving me my food. Thank you, please keep the tip on your attitude. Just another human having a human experience.

I ordered a regular chili and a bottle of water. When it came the butter was frozen, the young lady who took care of the issue thought outside the box and found a solution, was very friendly and served me butter that I was able to spread on my bun.ThanksSheena, very if I misspelled it should be a future supervisor or managerThanks Sheena

I get disappointed every single time I come here with stale cold food and will waste your time if you ask for a refund. I wish I took a picture of the food they gave me before I gave it back to them because it was not great.

Tim Hortons is no longer Tim Hortons, they should change the name. Some of the absolute worst customer service in history at the Cold Lake locations.

I recently visited this Tim Hortons and had an extremely disappointing experience. I ordered a farmers wrap with sausage and bacon and asked for it to be extra grilled as they tend to under-grill food at this location. Upon opening my food, I realized that I was given a wrap with only bacon and some egg crumble. Also, they didn't bother grilling the wrap, making is very soggy. Upon returning to have my order corrected, they asked for the food back so they could inspect it." The wrap that was given back to me was a wrap that had been torn open

Slow service, If someone takes the time to come into an establishment, you would think one of the employees would come and serve you. Instead, five or six are at the vehicle window. I waited almost 8 min before I caught an employee's eye, another 2 before I actually got my order taken, another 4 before I got my order. It took less time to eat than to order and receive my order. This is fast food? Maybe there needs to be people dedicated to in restaurant service, instead of just serving people in vehicles as a priority.
