Atripco Delivery Service

I’ve been using Atripco for my business’s GTA shipping for about 4 months now . Leonor is our account manager and she is very impressive . Every package has been picked up on time and delivered next day on time without exception, including the week before Christmas . They also have no minimum to hold the account active which is nice as my work is very seasonal.

Worst company to work with.The way dispatch and management works and behaves with the employees or drivers. It feels like they don’t have brain.And even they cant manage deliveries. As a customer never have got deliveries on time.

Worst to place to work, Management has no etiquettes how to talk to there workers, understaffed because they say they cannot handle to much people, what a good reason right ? what a management who cannot handle there team especially the operation manager in 66 fordhouse blvd, i dont how come they are hiring there management when they have zero knowledge how stuff goes. I am pretty sure the excellent ratings are only coming from there own staff.

Hello Fresh uses this company to deliver food boxes. They frequently do not follow detailed instructions in regards to delivering to the proper location, choosing instead to drop in the lobby where the likelihood of the boxes being stolen is increased.

Far and away the worst delivery service I’ve ever encountered. Just plain terrible.Their couriers are incredibly lazy and will leave deliveries on the street where they are immediately stolen and make no attempt to buzz or notify the customer of the delivery. They will do this after being given the buzz code multiple times and told it’s a high theft area. The level of incompetence and/or laziness is truly unmatched among couriers.If they can muster the energy to buzz and are let into the building they will then leave it in the lobby instead of bringing it to the unit as specifically instructed on the box. They will then claim that the box was left with a non-existent doorman or security guard, as you see in some of these review responses.I would choose this delivery service specifically if you have disdain for your customers or if you’ve bought a bad Christmas gift and don’t want it to make it to its destination.

I was with Hello Fresh for a while before I started having delivery issues at the end of last year. The delivery courier suddenly stopped delivering my box to my apartment door. My box would be left in the lobby, once even outside the lobby, and once was not even delivered on the date. The courier wouldn't buzz in, even though the instructions were to buzz and leave at my box at my apartment door. Our superintendent had already complained about boxes being left in the lobby. This happened three times and each time Hello Fresh told me that they had resolved the issue and it would not happen again. After the fourth time it happened, I canceled my subscription with Hello Fresh which was sad because I generally liked their products. I signed up with Chefs Plate last week and prayed for a different kind of service, not knowing which courier they use. Today, I received an email my box was delivered (again courier didn't buzz in). I didn't see it at my front door so went to the lobby and there it was sitting in the lobby with the Atripco sticker on it. I immediately cancelled my Chefs plate subscription because this courier company does not care to follow delivery instructions. it doesn't work for me. I hope I can find a food delivery box service that does not use this company. Disappointing.

Hello Fresh uses this company to deliver their boxes. For five weeks in row now the drivers have not followed delivery instructions on boxes. The last two weeks my boxes have been stolen. Hello Fresh has made clear instructions on my box for delivery but they are still not followed. I understand that Hello Fresh can only do so much in this matter. But this company should either be paying their drivers acceptable wages where they follow delivery instructions provided to them (instead of per delivery) or they should retraining drivers to make sure they're following delivery instructions. They should also make sure the drivers don't need to read brail.

I have used this twice now and both times requested next day delivery. Neither time was it delivered next day. When I place orders I require my product when requested and cannot wait 2–3 days after to receive my order. Also when entering the pick up information it gives you your total, well don’t count on that being the price you are billed. The quote changes snd goes up significantly. Be careful and call to make sure the price you are quoted is accurate, calling to verify shipping doesn’t work so if your not in a hurry it’s all good.

I received a chef’s plates delivery through them. They were not able to reach me out at the time and left me a VM to make sure that it was a safe drop unlike any other company who would just drop the package not caring if the person would receive it or not.Fully satisfied with the services. Thanks for all your hard work.

My HF box arrived quickly and the ice packs were perfect. I have had multiple deliveries and not a single issue. I live in an apartment and it's always delivered to my door. Thanks Atripco!
