1 star for auto service, 4.5 stars for customer service/issue resolution and 4 for pricing.Took one month to book appointment for a tire change. Dropped off car on the scheduled date, and had received a call shortly after explaining they had broken three of the bolts on two tires. They were willing to pay for towing, but explained I was responsible for all further costs as the Lug nuts were on too tight." They towed it to Kal Tire

Had to call so many times for someone to finally pick up. They take forever to swap rims so plan for 3 hrs even if they tell you less. Its free installation when you buy tires but i would rather take them elsewhere and pay someone competent to do it.
