Sagehill Stables
Clean, friendly and they care about the horses. They do a great job maintaining the land. Close to the south perimeter (no gravel) is a bonus. If you’re looking to board your horse, they will be very happy here. Lots of programs to get into if you’re not owning.

My son is attending June day camps and loving them. He is in love with their horses and enjoying every time he goes. As a parent, the people there are very friendly with us and our child, and they are also taking great care to ensure both animals and humans are being kept safe as we gradually re-open programming in our province. I feel comfortable and confident allowing my son to attend and know that he is in good hands and having a lot of fun.

Very nice beautiful place, but the owner and the Trainer do not care about you or your children's safety, just watched one girl get stomped on multiple times in our last class. Then my daughter was placed on a horse that they all are very well aware that she was not comfortable on rather than the same horse she rode for 8 classes and she was thrown from her horse. Now my 9 year old who loves loves horses says she's she scared of them.

I had booked a Pony Party for 12 kids aged 3-8 and had no idea what to expect. Sagehill stables far exceeded my expectations. The kids all got to ride 3 different horses and it was well organized. It had been -25c that day and with the wind it was supposed to be -35c, but inside the horse corral area it was quite comfortable(about 0c) as Sagehill had reminded us to wear warm outerwear. I loved the party and will likely be back in April for my younger daughters birthday.

AWESOME place to learn proper horseman ship and how to tack up a horse prior to learning to ride. exactly what i was looking for. Roberta is an awesome teacher and the junior coach we have is the sweetest girl <3

I take lessons here and I love it! The staff and horses are lovely, and I've improved a lot in my riding skills. It's awesome here and I would 100% recommend!

Sagehill Stables is an excellent place. I returned to riding after approximately 15 years away from the sport and Sagehill Stables has been extremely welcoming and inclusive, especially as a slightly larger adult rider, which had been a fear of mine. The school horses seem to be well cared for and the facility is gorgeous.The coaches and staff are top notch. Highly recommend this place, whether it’s a Healing Beyond Words session, or you are looking to learn to ride or get back into it after an extended hiatus.
