When I felt helpless and ready to give up on this company over an issue I was having with a car I purchased; I reached out to a unrelated department in a last ditch attempt to resolve said issue. I was met with an extremely helpful staff member. She was so quick and kind with her responses and true to her word; I was contacted very quickly that same day. Because of her everything was able to be resolved.

The professionals at Mid-North that do the service repairs or maintenance are awesome. But there's a lack of knowledge that I get front from the front-line service people. First, I had a problem with my sound system...cell calls weren't audible on the interior speaker system. I couldn't get a straight answer about this from Mid-North. I called the dealer in Barrie and they told me it was a well known problem that could be fixed by upgrading the software for the sound system. They said cars were leaving the factory with outdated sound system software. I had to tell Mid-North the solutioin to get it fixed. Second, my digital dash display stopped working. It was sudden and the only warning was on the odometer screen where it said the electronic system req'd service (no kidding!). Mid-North offered to book me a service appointment but I'd have to wait 6 days for an opening. Once again , I called the Barrie dealer and they told me that they'd had over a dozen Mitsubishi cars with the same problem. It had become a common problem. In every case it was the IOD fuse that popped out. They told me, over the phone, to pop the fuse cover behind the battery (under the hood), look for the fused labelled 'IOD' and push the IOD fuse back into place. It worked. I'm frustrated by the lack of knowledge at the front end of the Mid-North service dept. Do they not talk to other dealers to keep up to date? From now on I'm taking my car to Barrie for service. No offence to the folks in the repair garage...they've been great.

Bought a new Outlander 2023, driven less than 6000KM and the Outlander has TWO tire blowouts.I have been charged for repairs on a vehicle that should be covered under warranty but they find a loophole and decide to put it back on me.But really, 5000KM and tires blow out? Can you really trust this vehicle in any way? I will be selling this vehicle ASAP and never trusting Mitsubishi in future.Mitsubishi and their dealers left me to my own and to figure everything out everything by myself.Call this person and then call this person, and then oh, we cannot do anything". Are these the responses I get after spending $55k?If the car has problems after only 5000km

ZERO stars, but i then cannot post.....terrible service dept. they replaced faulty upper rear arms on a 2005 Outlander that were not adjustable, when there is clearly adjustable arms available on the market. Also charged for full alignment when clearly the rear wheels are not adjustable. year or so later with not very many kms, the rear tires are worn on one side and have to be replaced, not to mention we will be paying to have the adjustable arms installed 'elsewhere' so the job is done right, so we are not replacing worn tires every year. Also online customer service just informed me that the expenses to correct this will be mine! ....definitely not at Mitsubishi..... two big thumbs down!

Where do I even begin, I've bought a pre-own Mitubishi truck from a dealer, just after 6 months the transmission failed!!! I've went back to the dealer and they would not take any responsibility and was told to ask Mitubishi Canada, I've got in touch with one of the lady in the office and she told me that Paul" who handles these situations was on vacation and would contact me as soon as hes back

I recently bought a 2016 Outlander and had to bring it in for maintenance under warranty due to a continuous high frequency whistle from the air vents. When I brought the vehicle in for repair I was informed that it would take two days to perform the repair. When I inquired about a loaner vehicle, due to the vehicle I brought in being my only mode of transportation and informing the service department that I would be stranded at work and not be able to get back to work the following morning I was dismissed by the service department and owner of the dealership I bought the vehicle from and told that it was my problem to arrange my own transportation. When I inquired about if their shuttle would pick me up and drive me home and to work the following morning I was again dismissed and told it was not their problem I only had one vehicle to drive. To further add to the issue I checked in at the end of day one and was now informed it was going to take three days or maybe longer to now fix my vehicle. I once again asked if a loaner vehicle would be provided as this was a longer period than agreed upon and I was told that nothing could be done to help me. I am extremely displeased with how I was treated and how little help I was offered. I make my payments on schedule and continued to while my vehicle was in for maintenance so I expect to be able to have a vehicle to drive around in as that is what I'm paying for, especially when it is a warrenty issue and the vehicle had less than 11000 km. It is not right that I had to make numerous arrangements to get around. To make matters worse the whistle was not fixed and the vehicle has to go in for another two or three days and again I was told I have to make my own arrangements to get around. This really infuriates me, as I again can't use the vehicle I'm paying for and no temporary solution is being offered. The whole situation has been mishandled and has made me really regret buying a Mitsubishi and has made me lose faith in their commitment to stand behind their product and their clients.

2022 Mitsubishi Outlander Hood Fluttering problem for over a years since 2021 of May. the day I pick up the car they know that there is a problem of the hood which took over 14 months before they replace my hood and second thing the 02 sensor, still the problem and the ROUGE VALLEY DEALERSHIP (Scarborough, Ontario) is poor service, saying that their not the one who built the car (just selling vehicle) and took so long to order the parts, they just erase the engine code and not telling you that there is a problem, what a crook. wasting time so many thing to say battery defects try blaming your CAMERA hahahaha, loosing trust on the brand mitsubishi.

If I could put a BIG 0 stars I would.I am extremely disappointed and outright disgusted - to say the least with the vehicle and service I have received in regards to my brand new Lancer. I have been charged for repairs on a vehicle that should be covered under warranty but each time they find a loophole and decide to put it back on me. Why would the same part need to be replaced twice in one year at the purchasers cost? I don’t believe there is any way someone could wear a part out with driving in under 50,000 km, TWICE. Not to mention now they dig deeper to find out that is a completely new transmission needed and they wont cover it?! What is the point of warranty? As far as I am concerned it is shoddy and/or uneducated mechanical work and extremely poor customer service but what do they have to lose? I pay good money for a vehicle and expect it to be reliable. My vehicle breaks down and I have no vehicle and no energy to argue for it to be covered not only ONCE but now TWICE so I am left to deal with footing yet another bill which will in total leave me paying over $6,000 for a brand new vehicles repairs - unbelievable. as if it isn't already sickening enough - the 2nd breakdown happened on a trip 2 provinces away leaving me stranded and having to pay for my own rental and find my way back to get it once it is fixed.Of course a huge company such as theirs is going to rob you blind instead of taking responsibility because it doesn’t affect them personally. A brand new vehicle should be covered for repairs without having to fight and jump through hoops. Absolutely disgusted and furious with the whole process and service that Mitsubishi has given. I would never recommend them or buy another Mitsubishi vehicle.
