Although pricey at the regular grocery stores compared to Costco, the store was very clean very well organized and this friend got me to go in there to buy something called a French roast or roti francais, That was absolutely delicious meat sitting beside the identical thing at more than double the price. It was some sort of special with a limit of two per person. I should really go back and buy two more. Better $8 plus - $0.50 then almost $20 for that. And so delicious.

They didn't wear gloves at the deli counter . I watched her slice my cold cuts and touch each slice . She didn't wash her hands before doing it and didn't clean the garbage off of the slicer before she started doing my order . I took my package of sandwich meat and left it with the cashier. OMG come on guys , train your staff correctly.

I'm (was) a weekly shopper at this location. Second time I purchase a rotten butter of specific brand and this location and this time I decided to bring the item back to the store.I asked for a replacement but was refused because I had no bill. I did have the purchasing card and technically it was possible to trace the transaction.I acknowledge it is up to me to present the bill but this is a question of principle. The item is worth less than my time and fuel for me to go back and bring it to them. And it's not like I was asking for refund.What is troubling is the fact that they do occasionally sell either rotten or expired products and maybe one should question their efforts on keeping their products safe for consumption.I was serverd" by a manager (Sarah or Saba). My apologies if I did not spell the name properly.I spent many years in my younger days working at customer service and I for the value of the product we know we carry

One of my preferred places to get groceries in the West Island. Nice that it’s next to the marche de l’ouest. Only downside is it’s way more expensive then other grocery stores in the area.

Purchased sandwiches for my kids, big mistake. They were smelling bad and meat was clearly not stored at a proper temperature. It is not the first time that I was buying something from the store and it was either rotten or smelling bad. Same happened to my friends. Avoid buying precooked meals there.

The fresh fish section closed at 5:00PM so for those who work at regular hours just don’t bother to think about any fresh fish / lobster for dinner at IGA.

Good grocery store. There was generally a lot of product selection. Vegetables seemed to be fresh, meet and fish looked good. I was just in for a quick shopping visit, but i will be back when in the area.

Had over $180 in Scene points stolen from me today when attempting to redeem points. Not only was the supervisor not helpful in resolving the redemption challenge she was equally dismissive when I asked for help in fixing the stolen points. Refused to call her help desk or retailer support line, it is up to me to now resolve directly with Scene.Avoid this store and go to the lovely team off of St Jean.

Lots of produce to choose from and the service was good. Prices are a bit more expensive when compared to other grocery stores
