Ordered a single cheese burger combo, and it was awesome and filling. Great place and was good enough to find a seat. I loved the Wendy's coffee. Please try coffee here once

Went here as a family on Saturday around 7:30 pm. We and a few other customers were sitting in the dinning room eating and were asked to move because they are closing. But their closing time is 10:00 pm which is not for another two hours. If you are planning to close the dinning room early you should put a sign up or wait for customer to finish their dinner. Staff were rude and we will not recommend this location.

Zipped through the drive-through today to grab a quick bite to eat. Decided to try something new and go with the bacon jalapeño spicy chicken burger. When placing my order, it was very distracting to stare at the disgusting garbage bins with the door open. Maybe closing the door would be a little more appealing when you’re looking at the pictures of food. After placing my order, I didn’t have to wait long to receive my food. However, after biting into my chicken sandwich, I noticed it was extremely dry and tasted as though it had been sitting for far too long. The Bacon was very crispy and dry. Definitely not the experience I was looking for while trying this new burger. I did not even finish it as I had also ordered a spicy chicken wrap. I decided to eat the wrap and the fries and throw the burger out. Many things that could’ve been done differently to make this experience and enjoyable one. Not sure I’ll return to this location if this is how they conduct business.

Workers are polite, but the food is a quite a rip. I ordered a frosty chinno. It is 80% ice and 20% the actual drink.Not worth my money

The service is excellent same as the food.For a long time I did not visit Wendy, lately when I came back everything is great both food and service. For breakfast, they use soft croissant instead of boring english muffin, Their fried is special, tasty and spicy not like plain fries you taste at other places like A&W, Mc Donald or Harvey.They make a lot of progress except two things they need to change right away! It is hard to get a napkin and other commodities like pepper, salt and sugar. You have to WAIT AND ASK the cashier to get it.These commodities are cheap. Just put the napkin. as well as pepper and salt outside outside please ! Don't try to SAVE THE PEANUT, make customers happy!

If I could give zero stars I would. The manager on duty on Sunday September 4th 2022 had the worst customer service.We downloaded the Wendy’s app and had difficulties operating the offers (we never have issues with apps from other fast food chains) and after some frustration we couldn’t get it to work. I mentioned how terrible the app is (not her, but the app itself) and she took it personally by responding “if the app sucks then you should go somewhere else.” As someone in the customer service Industry, this is completely unacceptable. We were not attacking her in any way, but the app itself. A good manager would understand that this is beyond our control (she even took my phone to see if we could load the offer) so it wasn't from lack of trying. Managers need to show compassion and understanding and this girl did the opposite. Even with the offer not working, she should have honoured the promotion because she saw it herself that the app was not operating the way it should. We know this is a one off and doesn’t reflect Wendy’s, however it would be worthwhile to train staff- especially management what good customer service is.

I was in the drive thru at 9:58 and they served the person ahead of me but refused me service. If you close at 10 at least take the last order at 10. To add insult to injury the person in front of me was wasting time by having a full conversation with some people in the street while we waited to order.

1 star due to managers poor behavior.Been coming here since 2004. Sometimes once a week. Never had a problem.Recently asked for extra onions in my chili cheese fries. And the Manager started an argument and refused to add onions to my order. She was arguing with me over these onions in front of others. She acted like if she put onions in my meal her life would be over.It’s literally just onions.. just add them… McDonald’s would never.
