Mister Transmission (Head Office)

I was referred to Mister Transmission in North Vancouver by my regular mechanic who determined that I needed transmission work. I'm really appreciative that he sent me there. Mister Transmission was excellent! They took the time to explain to me all that needed to be done and why. They helped me stay within my budget and finished the work in a timely manner. I now have a used car that runs like a car fresh out of the showroom. I couldn't be happier with the service that I received and will highly recommend Mister Transmission to anyone needing quality transmission repair.

I recently took my sons car to Mr. Transmission. They repaired only what was needed as per my request for an older vehicle. Very happy with the repair and more so the price. This my was first time visiting Mr. Transmission.Will definitely use them again if needed.S. Pockett

Stop investing in FAKE REVIEWS for your franchises & stop STEALING to make a daily bread,you bunch of low class thieves...When Electric cars start to take over you'll all be out of jobs,can't wait....You bunch of lowlifesWaste of time.An elderly lady basically ignored my complaints when I told her that the Mr.Transmission on Jane & Lawrence lied about changing a solenoid in my transmission.How is it possible to drop off the car just before closing time & then telling me to pick it up when you guys just opened the following day....After bringing it to the dealer( Lexus dealer to be exact) I was told that all Mr.CROOKED Transmission did was change the transmission fluid.I was charged by Mr.Transmission $689.00 when the Lexus dealer charged me $224.00 for the part & $265 for labour.Way less than what the crooks @ Mr. Transmission charged & all they wanted to do was change the transmission,telling me he usually charges $2700 but he can charge $2200.I reported the matter to this so called Coperate office & was basically told the guy said he changed the solenoid". First class THIEVES...Anyways I wouldn't expect less from a franchise company....Oh yeah before I forget

When I have had to deal with head office for Mister Transmission they have always been very informative, professional, and their service is always quick and efficient. Highly recommend to others.

Canada's Best Warranty"? Not so much. Had a transmission rebuilt at a location which closed a few months later. A year after the work was done

To say we were having the 'trip from hell' two weeks ago, as we visited southern ontario, is an understatement. Our diesel truck left us stranded, 1000 miles from home, when we happened to find Mr. Transmission, in Burlington, and Richard Ennest. His diligence, care, professionalism, and smiling face was welcome relief!!! He fit us in to his busy schedule...found the problem in record time, - output speed sensor replaced - no big deal he said, and the bill? NADA! are you KIDDING ME? I mean, who DOES that these days!!!! I tell you, this man has customer service and class, all the way. You will never go wrong at this location. We are still shaking our heads and smiling with profound gratitude. THANKS RICH! You are THE BEST and a credit to your business!
