Mark was professional, knowledgeable, tidy with work, safe, efficient and taught us a lot about the trees in our yard. He explained in great lengths about the conditions of the trees and the best possible route to take also hearing and asking what I wanted as well. He really knows everything about it!!I am very pleased with his work and he respected our yard and left it super clean ! Carefully removing trees and getting them out of the back yard safely. I will 100% recommend High Point Tree Works! Any trees you are unsure about or work that needs to be done? This is the man to call! Thanks Mark!

Following a large storm a big tree fell on our roof. Mark abely and safely removed this beast from our roof. following completion of this job he then removed 4 tall standing dead trees from near the house.. Well Done.

We had a tall tree to completely remove in an area that had several trees and shrubs planted nearby, due to Mark's care none of them sustained any damage at all.I would recommend this company.The pruning was done exactly as we requested.

We asked this company for an assessment/estimate for trees in a shared park area and they eventually showed up but then never responded with an estimate. When we followed up, we were told that they were not interested in working with a strata council. We are not a strata but do have a board of directors representing the owning members which we informed them of at the onset. Unnecessarily wasted a lot of our time and set us back to square one.
