Fountain Tire

Travelling through Drumheller on a tour of the west and had a tire deflating. Heather at Fountain Tire was amazing. Got our tire fixed and we are good to go.Fantastic service and pleasant staff. Would highly recommend this business.

I was visiting family in Drumheller as I am from Calgary and got a nail in my tire late in the evening. I don’t have a spare but thankfully they were able to put on a used tire that they had at the shop, the price was fair and the service was excellent! Big thank you to Sean!

Amazing service!! We got a flat tire in the middle of no where and they drove 45 mins to us, patched our tire in -30 degree weather. They were very helpful and very nice. We had BCAA but they wouldn't do anything to help us, whereas these people were more than willing to help us and even wanted to give us a discount. Amazing people with amazing service!! Would definitely recommend using them.

Last Friday, I was driving from Spruce View, Alberta home to Regina, Saskatchewan. I had my six-year-old daughter with me for what is about a 9-hour drive. When we stopped in Drumheller for gas, I noticed that one of my tires was making a loud screeching sound. There was a rock in the rotor or something. I went to Fountain Tire and they immediately took the tire off and got the rock out. What could've been a long, drawn-out saga, was nothing thanks to their fast and friendly service. Thank you so much!

I'm from out of town so when i had a flat I needed somewhere to get it fixed. I'm so glad I found Fountain Tire!! The staff were very kind and accommodating and offered me a few options in case my tire wasn't fixable. I highly recommend Fountain Tire in Drumheller!!

This review is a little late. I took my kids to the dirt bike track and my boy got a flat tire. Took it down to them on a Saturday. They got it fixed up in a timely fashion. This is not a typical job for them but got it done. So thankful they got my boy back on the go.

Our company was hauling windmill components in the Drumheller area for some time this fall and any issues we had were looked after quickly, efficiently and at a very fair price. After hour and any service calls were handled without loosing any travel time.I highly recommend this company and will continue to use their service.Shane M.

We had the most amazing customer service experience yesterday from Damien and his crew. We are travelling across Canada back to Ontario from Vancouver when we had a tire blow on our way to Fernie. We tried to get it looked at in Fernie but they were too busy. On our stop in Drumheller we stopped at Fountain tire to see if it could be fixed. Damien came out right away to have a look and took it away to see if it could be fixed. Unfortunately it couldn't and they didn't have a replacement size in stock. He came out a few minutes later and said he found a used one in his shop the same size. He not only replaced the tire with the used one,he even put our back plate back on that we had in our back window because the screw was stuck in the plate holder on the car. Then he had our tire torque checked and air pressure on all our tires before sending us off and to top it all off he didn't charge us anything for all of this. He certainly made our day. Thank you to Damien and his staff at Fountain Tire.

Am I ever grateful this place is in Drumheller!I had an issue with my vehicle on the Monday of Labour Day weekend. Almost all other places were closed and by chance I was given the after hours number for Fountain Tire.The gentleman who took a look at my tire exemplified customer service. When it was realized it wasn't the tire but my rim, he allowed us to wait there while arrangements were made for a tow back to Edmonton.I won't forget this experience and cannot recommend this place enough! There are still good people who will go above and beyond to help. He sure did!

Great service! Car broke down Dec 27 afternoon and they were open and agreed to look at it first thing in the morning. The car was frozen and wouldn't start, but we were anxious to get it diagnosed, so the mechanic rounded up 6 other employees to help push it in and onto the lift. He quickly found and fixed the problem so we were on our way with no further delay. The price was fair and service was super helpful. Thank you for saving our Christmas vacation!
