They were so helpful and kind! I was in and out in 15 minutes and ended up with glasses I'm extremely happy with. Really cute brands as well. (Super sanitary during the COVID pandemic so you have nothing to worry about)

They are always the nicest people :)The lady who assisted me ( I’m sorry I didn’t get her name) earlier was very accommodating and explained the details to me so I understand what I needed to get as I was choosing my new pairs of sun glasses. Kevin was also very nice when I setup the appointment over the phone.I loved my new pair of sunglasses and they do have a lot to select from. Nice and accessible place!

I don't know why people make glasses anywhere else, I regret doing one few months ago at my doctor's office.Very knowledgeable staff. I was searching for a local business because I wanted to adjust my frames as well, not only update my prescription.The price is very competitive, I got 2 frames fixed (they were not fitting well) and I exchange lenses in other 2. Just by looking at them they knew what was the problem. They are also very efficient and provide great customer service.

I started going to this place when it was on Cambie in 1988 and still go there. My kids got their glasses back in 1988 and now my wife, my kids and grandkids get their glasses from him. Almost 35 years. He’s great. Service is outstanding and reasonably priced.

Great customer service, Kevin is professional and detail-minded. He helped me with the sunglasses frame selection which can fit my face shape and helped my husband fix his frame. Highly recommend.
