Such a worst experience here since Mitra left. The new manager and team is worst to deal with. They left me no option with my prescription glasses. My issue was that my lashes were striking with the lenses and it was so uncomfortable as well as the lenses were getting dirty and by the night my eyes were hurting. All they offered me was putting pads on glasses where it sits on nose as if I am a 4 year old child and my only option left on earth is to live with these glasses. I requested for a replacement with any other glasses but the manager refused. I even asked that let me replace the glasses and I can pay for lenses. But she wasn’t agreeing on anything except giving me the free nose pads for glasses worth $10. And thn she handed over the glasses to me. This was so rude. The refund policy passed during the time of lenses fitting and I wasn’t even told about these policies. I spent $$$ for this worst warranty and customer service. They are so pleasing when they want to sell anything but not supportive at all when you want to claim the warranty. Won’t ever step in here again.Else Mitra and team was so generous and they went above and beyond to help me pick the glasses but unfortunately I didn’t realize that my lashes are striking with lenses and now I had to deal with new team. Mitra even offered me buy one and get one free promotion when this offer had to start next week. So unhappy with the new manager and team.

WORSE experience ever..Recently a CAA partnered offer brought me to Theodore & Pringle to purchase new glasses..Mon Oct 24 2022 I placed my order..Nearly a month went by before my glasses were ready. When I tried them on my vision was noticeably off. I went to see my optometrist for a vision re-test. He confirmed that the focus points and prisms overlay were off..I returned back to T & P who advised me that it would take another 2 weeks minimum to fix since my prescription was so strong. They had sent the glasses to 2 labs (in my knowledge ) to fix the problems. Fri Dec 16 2022 I had a message from the store with good and bad news. I spoke to the rep on Mon Dec 19 2022 (2 months from my original oreder)..I said no more news ..I insisted on a full refund..They did comply..Need glasses..go somewhere else since obviously the labs that they engage are less experienced and NOT able to provide an accurate and quality product..

The best service I have ever encountered in all aspects when purchasing glasses. Ashley and crew have definitely made there mark at this location. The professionalism, team work, knowledge and personal touch this team expels follows you as you walk out the door. Thank you to you especially Ashley for making my eyeglass purchase a memorable one.

We have been getting our eyeware here for some time now. The staff is helpful and has a good variety to choose from. Always a good experience.
