Surrey Sport & Leisure Complex - Aquatics
SSLC is an excellent facility offering lots of aquatic and arena programming. Pool side has all the standard pools, a large gym facility, a viewing area for swim meets, Booster Juice, and fitness room. I wish they offered more fitness programming here beyond Zumba. Skate side has 3 sheets, lots of skate rentals, offers skate sharpening for a small fee, and meeting rooms upstairs. Outside the facility is a small skate park. Tim Horton's is a few steps away and very busy at the best of times.The City staff are very well trained, professional, and great at what they do, even the younger staff.Thumbs up from our family!

Love it here Arenas & Aquatic pool its great fun for the family jams and the staff are awesome especially for being young they are great at this community recreation location thanks you guys for making my family time fun and we appreciate the friendly helpful staffBooster Juice is delicious the staff can use a fresher on friendly more alive customers service but they are fast and efficient none the less

This is a great facility, unfortunately as with other rec centres, it’s impossible to swim. I went for swimming at 6:30 AM, only to find 6 lanes occupied by a swim club and very crowded 2 lanes for public swimming. Please open up more public swimming lanes for the members. I am very frustrated, every rec centre is occupied by swim clubs or by swim lesson sessions, there is not enough room to accommodate fitness swimmers.

Excellent place if you want to exercise, you can go to the gym or you can also swim in one of its 2 large pool, with different depths, there is also a water play area for children, closely watched by lifeguards and two hot top where you can relax as well like in the sauna or in the steam room, the staff is friendly, a large parking area with a bike rack, for improv, please change the latches on the doors of some of the dressing rooms, they are broken… I love swimming there.. me encanta este lugar para nadar

Been going to this gym for years. Good place to exercise. No complaints about staff, except one girl that was always rude and careless at the front desk but I haven’t seen her there in a long while so I assume she doesn’t work there anymore.

Nice pools, changing rooms are dated and the tile is slippery so be careful walking around. Steam room and sauna are small but hot! Water slide is pretty good, separate warm pool for smaller kids. Big hot tub! Parking can be a bit of a chore to get close. Skating rinks and rooms are standard. Public and family skates are nice, lots of cool skate helpers the kids use to skate around as beginners.

worst swimming pool in Greater vancouver. The water in the showers burnt my daughters skin.dirty showersPeople wear cotton clothes into pool.I used to come here with my friends earlier ndd it wasnt this bad. but since one year, despite multple requests, it looks like shower water is straight from boilers

A very good place for gimnastic exercises and pool. Well designed, constructed and maintained Sports complex. Ice hockey is wonderful. Love to enjoy the hot pool

Play hockey several times a week.. 3 rinks and huge swimming area attached. Staff are very welcoming and friendly and efficient. Memberships available at good prices!

Pretty great place to go for a swim or ice skate ⭐️! Swimming pools are pretty decent but change rooms are not the best, they are quite dirty around 6pm or after. The skating rinks are great! There are lots of hockey games and skating lessons happening there but you can always drop in for a family skate session. The gyms are pretty clean and nice too. I recommend this leisure complex if your in the area.
