Rakesh and his team are fantastic customer service. More stores in general should have service like Rakesh does.

I had an issue with border crossing and had several packages sitting in Detroit for pick up. Rakesh went the extra mile with me in terms of research and service and had my packages picked up and delivered to his store. I highly recommend their services and will definately use them again.

Excellent Service. My package delivered to a different address than what was on the label. I went to the UPS store. Rakesh immediately called the customer service and got the information for me. He made sure that it was the right address that it was redirected to.A++ Service. Thanks Rakesh!

On a recent Saturday, I needed a box that would fit some odd-sized fitness equipment that needed to be returned. I called this UPS location and was told they stocked a box that would fit the equipment and could put it aside until I got there that day. Unfortunately, due to the irregular shape of the equipment I wasshipping, the box did not work. The employee was very helpful and offered to have the owner contact me on Monday to figure out a better solution. Within the hour, the owner called me and told me to send him a picture along with the measurements of what I needed to pack. He immediately messaged me backand said he indeed had a box and he would meet me at the store on Monday. How impressive is that? Taking time out of his Saturday evening to contact me! I arrived at the UPS location on Monday morning and the owner gave me the ‘new’ box and I went home to pack the equipment. Upon returning to UPS, I wasthrilled to learn that the owner came up with an even better and more economical way to send the fitness equipment - to use two boxes. The first box fit a couple of the pieces perfectly, but he had to custom make the second box to fit the remaining pieces. Without hesitation, he began constructing a two-piece box.When completed, it was a perfect fit! He even bubble wrapped the handmade box just to make sure it was secure. He also created the labels for me. Through the whole process, the owner was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. He worked beyond store hours to ensure I could get my packages returned.My first time there will not be my last. He truly went above and beyond and exhibited exceptional customer service. I would 100% recommend this UPS location.
