30 Years Trucking. I've seen alotta Big Companies Small Companies. Mr Virdi To My Surprise, and The whole Company Are Absolutely Amazing. This isn't A Company, More Like One Big Happy Family. And If Ever a Problem Occurs, We All Stick Together and Live in the Solution.When Mr Virdi Gave me A 2007 Volvo, I was Skeptical, Especially With My Ego And Grandiosity, I Felt I Deserved A 2018, Well, I have to Say That How Mr. Virdi Makes His Trucks and Truck Drivers are in Top Shape, He Takes Very Good Care of Us All. My 2007 Volvo Is not equipped with the DEF System, yet, Does not burn a drop of Oil, And Runs Cleaner than Most Newer Vehicles I Have Driven. Way To Go Mr. Virdi. Wish I had Met you 30 Years Ago...

One of your drivers just nearly ran us off the road. He was passing us on Interstate 80 in Iowa and did not look in his mirror. We had to go off to the shoulder while honking. He finally saw us. He had trailer # RV9153.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Incompetent dispatchers with no will to help anyone and no regard for anyone but themselves. Negligent and rude drivers who shouldn't be allowed to ride a bicycle, let alone operate an 18-wheeler. It's obvious that Canada needs to audit companies" like this as they should not be in business. Shame on you all."

Very unprofessional. Their dispatch will bug you every hour to ask for ETA as if they don’t trust their drivers. I had very bad experience with them, only picked up one load for this company and it was a nightmare. It’s common sense if someone is not answering phone so they might be busy and will call you back but they don’t understand.

Horrible, no respect for clients or delivery times. They showed up @ a completly differnt time as per their own request. Which created a very big problem. They take no responsibility. Dont use them as you will lose clients.They demanded that they would delivere the truck at 11:00 am and they show up 3 hours early which caused a huge problem. They dont want to deal with this. Now they say i dont know you. Classic story of trying to hide their responsibility.

It was my first time importing a cargo and it wasn't a great experience dealing with the shipping company. I found Virdi trucking on google to help move my container from the shipper's yard. I was a bit nervous given my horrible experience with the shipper. Virdi trucking was absolutely amazing.They were very kind and professional to me and didn't try to take advantage of my desperate situation. Even taking steps (free of charge) to help me out in various ways. This is what customer service ought to look like. If you are looking for a trucker, I highly recommend virdi trucking.
