Conrad was amazing. He was prompt, informative, honest and provided quality work.After a big storm, water was coming into my attic and leaving a water stain on my ceiling.I called Markham Roofing Services and spoke with Conrad who asked for a photo of the roof. He was able to give me a quote via text msg and estimated arrival time of a few hours later. He was able to push up the appointment and arrive at my house in just under an hour.The work was done in under 2 hours, warranty provided as well as pictures taken to show what was done. He also did an assessment of the roof and confirmed that I do not need to replace the entire replacement. He further mentioned that the shingles I have are more susceptible to high winds (my shingles are getting old) compared to the products that are in the market in the last 10 years as something that could be considered in the future.Thanks Conrad!

Found Conrad online and he was quick and professional with responses. During the whole installation processes they were transparent, offered genuine feedback on areas that didn't and did need help and went over and beyond to ensure I saved as much money while maximizing the best quality for my roof. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

Conrad is a crazy man. He says he will do things but doesn't follow up. Don't trust him with your roof. It's a waste of money and time.

Conrad is a phony non professional & non responsive person. He is willing to come out right away and do work, collect his money, But never follows thru with what comes out of his mouth. He says he will send a receipt and warranty to you. Yet its been a week and still waiting. We called him to have him come out and look at the deficiency of the job, He has promised to come out three times, and has not shown up. Excuses after Excuses/ Lies.STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY....

They replaced my roof. I used them based on my neighbour who had theirs done. Conrad’s sister works for my neighbour so I figured I wouldn’t have an issue. They replaced the roof, all seems ok. They leaked engine oil all over my driveway. I have been trying to get Conrad to come and clean but he will not return my call. The only time you see him is to collect the cash after the job is done. I don’t know how good the roof job is but their service and communication is non existent. If something goes wrong you will never hear from them. I was very disappointed to say the least and would not use them again.

I’ve been working with Conrad for the last couple of years, I found him thru an online recommendation and every time we had a bad wind storm that blew my shingles away, he came by as promised and patched them up. After the bad storm we had last week, and losing more shingles, we decided to replace our entire roof. Throughout the entire process, Conrad kept me informed, advised of any delays, took before and after photos explaining what they were doing, recommended additional ventilators and the benefits of them (Noticed all our neighbours who recently had their roofs redone had them installed to help with condensation in the attic of these older homes). He was on-site all day. He was respectful, open, and honestly a pleasure to deal with. All the work was completed in one day, and got all my receipts at the same time payment was done. I highly recommend him!

Got the job done, efficient, professional and did a great job. Conrad walked us through the entire process of installing a new roof. He also send videos to us via Whatsapp so we could see how the work was progressing throughout the day. After, he explained the excellent warranty to us and the roof looks great. Great price as well. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking to install or repair a roof.

Five stars for Conrad and his team in replacing a skylight and repairing shingles surrounding the area that were broken. This company from the start always kept in touch due to the weather to pick the most suitable time to do this repair. Right through the repair process sent me pictures / progress and finished product . Conrad was very respectful and polite. I would definitely use this company again for future work. Thank you .

If I had to give a zero to this company, I would. Conrad is a liar, non-professional & not responsive. I got my roof replaced. Material used was sub-standard, not what was on the quotation. Therefore he refused to give the warranty papers after the work was completed & payment made. Never pay this guy the complete amount, until he hands you over the receipt and the warranty papers. Never responds to your calls after the work is done. Very bad after sales service. Run away from this company as far as you can. They go with the names Markham Roofing & Alpine Roofing. I will never recommend them to anyone. After they did my roof, people in my neighbourhood asked me about them, I said to them don't use them". Do not use them and in case you have to use them

I recently hired Markham Roofing for roof replacement. Not only were they timely in responding to my initial call, but the estimate was also competitive. Conrad was very thorough estimating what needed to be repaired as per my request to fix a leak. From start to finish, all contact was professional and courteous. I would highly recommend this company.
