Never heard of a hotel that was afraid to have clean rooms for their guests to stay in until now. They are ridden with bugs and can't keep the hotel clean enough to keep them away as they only clean a few rooms a day instead of ALL of them. Offered my professional cleaning services multiple times and turned down every time. So sad because they will never have a full capacity hotel that way. The Vietnamese manager, Hong, and the guy with the long grey hair, Mike, at the front desk is as 2 faced as they come. They seem like nice people but as soon as they know everyone in a room is out they will have the room locked out to get extra money out of people. SURPRISE!!!!! Thieves running a hotel! Be very careful to all customers.

Very central located. Hotel is clean. Staff is very nice and welcoming. Smoking rooms are a plus. Homeless in the area but they wont bother you. I would definitely stay there again. 50 key deposit was affordable. Im not a high Maintenance traveler. I just need a safe clean affordable hotel and that was it for me. Pay in cash so you can get back your money immediately. I didnt like the visitor rules. But i guess it like that due to covid-19. No guest after 11pm unless you put them on you list. Its 30 cad for guests to spend the night.Im a social person so that was the only problem. They never denied any of my visitors entry. Guest must have ID. Im thinking that some visitors are high demanding and expecting the Ritz Carlton but not willing to pay the price. If differently a 3 star hotel to me. Its a safe clean affordable place to stay in Toronto. Solo or budget travelers I do Recommend. The pictures below is of the area around the hotel. I paid only up to 16 cad to get anywhere on the city. Bus and public transport is very close. I didnt get pictures of the room.

Someone said that it was Bizzare and it felt like you were walking into the backrooms which is absolutely accurate. The room was interesting it felt like a small apartment rather than a typical hotel room. Very cozy. It was fun to have the club attached and the vibes were great there, relaxed, good music and very pretty staff.

Bizarre is a very appropriate way to describe this place. The staff are all very friendly, if a bit inexperienced, but they had no issues checking me in and out.I didn't know this when I booked my room, but apparently there is a strip club located on the premises, so I probably wouldn't bring kids here if I had any. The strip club runs well into the night, and you're able to faintly hear the music coming from it, so keep that in mind too.The layout is like stepping into the backrooms; random stairwells in the middle of hallways, there was a random shower in the hall, room placements that make no sense. It's genuinely a surreal experience walking around it. The person who checked in before me was told that he'd have to walk halfway across the hotel just to use the bathroom, since there wasn't one in his room, but thankfully my room had a bathroom. The room itself was nothing special. The bed was...well used, enough that the mattress had a sizeable imprint on it. The room was tidy, bedsheets clean. There's no AC so there was an oscillating electric fan that I had to use. There wasn't any bedbugs in my room but I've seen other reviews saying they had them, so be weary. All in all, if you're looking for a cheap place to stay in Toronto, a single bed room cost just slightly over $100, with a $50 key deposit that you get back immediately after checking out, so it's definitely worth looking into.

Me and my cousin stayed in the hotel for 9 days, we really enjoyed staying there. The staff are really nice and caring. Also the location is in the best spot for those who want to enjoy the downtown area. It’s 5 minutes walk from the Eaton Mall

It`s not too pricey and relatively clean... But no one mentions it`s on top of an active strip club. Which it is. I don`t personally mind the business model, but you can hear everything until closing time. But if you are at the club, then the hotel part is pretty convenient.

This place is not safe. Do not go there.I went in one night and my friend had a lap dance. I waited for him at a table. A man came up to me and said leave the table. I said that I was waiting for someone who was upstairs. Then three other men came to my table. I was surrounded by four men that worked at Filmore’s. They pushed me to the floor. I was on all fours. Then they yelled and swore at me, and pushed me to the exit door. I was sober; friendly; and I complied. They simply wanted to be physical and swear at someone. I will never visit Filmore’s again.
