We have a 2010 Ford F150 and we took it to Gary’s last year for the first time to get the steering fixed. They were awesome. So when the truck started having other issues, we didn’t hesitate to go back! Both times they were able to get us an appointment quickly. Their mechanics are wonderful. No issues with the repairs we’ve had done :) I have to give a huge shout out to their front desk staff who are amazing. So friendly and helpful on the phone and in person, which in this day and age is hard to find! This attracts customers initially and keeps them returning! Thank you guys so much! We will be reaching out for any other issues we may have with our vehicles in the future!! 5 stars all around and their pricing is really fair too.

Rarely do I leave an auto shop feeling genuinely impressed, but Gary's really is fantastic. Our 2004 Sprinter started having front suspension issues, I gave Gary's a call and not only did they get us in the same day, I had a full inspection report in hand about 3 hours later, along with a quote for all of the recommended repairs. One of the parts was discontinued but they worked with me to find a suitable replacement and were extremely friendly and understanding throughout.I haven't had any actual work done yet and will update this review when the repairs are completed, but the first steps with Gary's have been a refreshing change from the stress usually associated with unexpected vehicle repairs!UPDATE:The day Gary's estimated the parts would arrive, I got a text saying the vehicle was ready for pickup - impressively quick service. In addition, they stuck with their initial quote and there were no suspicious extra charges. Just got the van home and it drives great! Thanks again Gary's, I'll be coming back!

My car broke down, and my tow truck driver recommended Gary's Auto Repair. We had to leave it overnight because it was closed when I broke down. I left a message, and they got back to me promptly the next morning. They gave my car a thorough inspection and texted me a very concise, helpful list of any of the problems they found with pictures, including the one that made it break down. I had my car back the next day, the price was very reasonable, and they were very honest about the whole situation. Could not recommend them more.

I recently had my daughter’s car repaired at Gary’s automotive and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From start to finish, the staff was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They took the time to explain the repairs needed and provided a fair and reasonable estimate. The work was completed in a timely manner and my car now runs like new! These folks were amazing from the first phone call! Brought my car in for an out of province inspection, car was inspected and repaired the same day, they even drove me home so I didn’t have to wait at the shop all day! All the information regarding what was needed to be repaired was emailed to me with photos and was very detailed. The front staff ladies were so nice and helpful as well!! My car is running great and there were no issues switching plates over. I will definitely be using Gary’s for all future issues and repairs! Honest and friendly and very helpful!

Gary's Auto repair were wonderful. The issue was accurately diagnosed and repairs made right away. They inspected the vehicle and provided a written report which was very helpful. Will absolutely take the truck back to them again.

Great place to get your vehicle serviced! My wife dropped off the truck and they drove her to work right away! The people there are always pleasant and kind, making the whole experience less arduous than at other places. Definitely a place to go!

The day I bought a Mazda RX8 I had problems with it. It stalled and wouldn't restart. I was having a rough day and I called, at random, Gary's and someone up there liked me that day. I was absolutely blown away by their service and concern. I had the car towed to Gary's for diagnosis. The major problem of it not wanting to start was solved quickly and they repaired it.They looked all over the car to see what other issues were urgent and other potential issues that could wait. There was a long list of things that were working properly and they listed and approved them.There were a couple of things needing done right away - tire rotation and a headlight problem - and I asked them to go ahead to fix them.Sarah in the office was brilliant. She made me (and my dog) feel right at home. She explained what had been found and what it would take to fix it.What could have been a terrible experience became much less of a stressor because of how I was treated and it didn't take me too long to place my trust in them.I'll be getting all of my services and repairs at Gary's in the future. I'm sure the job will be done properly and at a fair price..
