Lost Property Office
Really efficient in terms of lost property collection, but I only got my wallet back after months. By then all cards were cancelled and I had new things, so it was a bit pointless. They offer a really good service but being so far behind in terms of contacting people cancels that out in my opinion. Also the opening hours are seriously limited. It really doesn't suit working people sadly.

Update: 11weeks later.They finally found my item! collect it and everything was there even the cash. Although the feel that the report/mention of a ombudsman my have triggered the process.No Response. If your item has unfortunately been sent to this office then consider a very long wait and frustration. They should update their website; 7 day response time. Still no response after 8 weeks and counting.

After waiting 4 months after reporting my lost item. I finally got an email to say they found my item.Booking online for collect is pretty easy, many slot free for collection.Its a short walk from south Kensington Station. Easy to find.In and out within 5 mins results

I lost my backpack on the train London Victoria - Epsom Down. There was my laptop, wallet, airpods. ... And my passport. Please if someone found blue levis backpack contact me I will be very grateful
