Bouclair Guelph

Thankfully Homesense is right beside! I never leave Bouclair in a good mood. There is one employee, older blonde woman who makes me feel like I am always inconveniencing her. I have mentioned this to other people and they say the same thing! Will not be going to this location unless I absolutely have to.

Store is good , nice and helpful staff however followup with the Bouclair assistance line has kept me on holod for ove an hour now . Not impressed

The customer care is horrible. My girlfriend purchased an ottoman through the website 1.5 months ago. It still hasn’t arrived. With that said, we went into the store located in Guelph ON to see if they can look up the tracking number, or see where are product is. We spoke to the manager where she then told us to call customer service. We asked if there’s anything she can do In the store, she said no. She kept telling us to phone where we have before and was on the line for 1hr trying to speak to an agent, it wasn’t successful. So we told her that calling is a waste and she then told us to email. Where we have multiple times with no luck or reply. She then told us that calling is a waste and they never answer the call which is a red flag. Anyways never buy from this place and let’s hope you don’t have problems with shipping, because customer support is not a thing.

I visited Bouclair this week as this was the first time I've visited since stage 1 of reopening of the economy. The greeter outside was very pleasant and professional, provided proper instructions and guidance of the stores policies. That is the only positive of my experience, entering the store, the employees were extremely rude and unprofessional. They couldn't tell me which aisle to go down to find certain items, and then I also heard some of the employees gossiping, I believe their name tags was Marg and Colleen, were either speaking rudely about an employee or customer, regardless I will not be shopping at this location again!

I love this store. This location seems newly renovated, clean and the customer was great!

Omg some great deals! Fantastic customer service. Tried to help me find a specific item I found online and not in store. After a search determined there were 2. Sales associate located it. I added another to my purchase! So happy! Im going back love the value priced decor, so inspirational! Easy to add to my home.

I'm a huge fan of BouClairBut the whole time we were here not a single employee asked if we needed assistance and when i tried to approach someone she seemed really in conversation about curtainsAfter about 5 minutes I decided to do the shop online

I went to this branch with my husband to look for a chair and side table. We were measuring when one of the staff (appears to be the manager) approached us and ask what are we measuring. She sounded irate and condescending. So I asked if it’s ok if we measure. It took her a few seconds to answer my question and said “Hmmmm, ok fine!”. Is it your policy that customer cannot measure an item? I felt so belittled and profiled.

My husband and I went to Bouclair to check out their drapes that were on sale. Pleased to see a sample of each curtain on display so you could actually see what they have to offer. Mary was an excellent assistance at helping me decide what would be a better choice of curtain for the area in my house I was looking for. She was extremely knowledgeable. Also since she needed to order what I wanted had lots of patience going through the process. At the end I received 25% off my order plus I used my CAA card and saved a few more dollars. A SWEET DEAL all around.I should add that this store is very clean, organized and well worth checking out since they have some great pictures, pillows and accessories to look at. Also no one was pushy since they just greet you and then let you know when you need assistance they are happy to help help. Love that!From Chillmyway

I went in to our Guelph store Woodlawn yesterday, December 19, The two sales ladies that helped Me were absolutely the nicest two sales people I have ever came across.Thank You ladies so so much for making My gift shopping one of the smoothest ever,All I did was show them a few pictures of what I wanted and they both took the time to show me exactly where they were and we even had a little chuckle . If the girls that helped me see this, I bought the stool and a horse globe, thanks again ladies . Merry Christmas
