I have been going to Dr Sheppard for the past 2 months after suffering whiplash in an auto accident. His treatment plan including BioFlex laser is very gentle, safe and effective. Thankfully, I am now on the road to recovery. I also want to thank Tanya, his office manager, who ensures the whole experience runs smoothly. She is very knowledgeable, efficient and has a warm and outgoing personality which is contagious. I always leave feeling better and with a smile on my face. Highly recommend.
